Pegasus ApartHotel suited us very well for our stay. Bedroom, bathroom, linens were clean and comfortable. Room was spacious enough to have a small sitting couch and a small dining table. The kitchenette was very useful and well kitted out - plenty of utensils, cooking equipment, and even a fire extiguisher! Location was fantastic, close to many shops, eateries, supermarkets, Queen Vic market, and Flagstaff Gardens. Easy access to several tram lines to go around CBD area, if feeling lazy to walk. Check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, and there is temporary luggage storage for a few hours until the room is ready or when ready to head off. Entry to heated pool, laundry all via personal cardkey registered to guest, reasonably safe and well thought out process. Fantastic stay, super convenient. Will be happy to stay here again.

Decided to stay here after our stay at another service apartment. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Can't say the same for the pillows. Mine were too soft. The holder at the bathroom mirror is badly designed. I don't understand why it is tilted downwards and things just keep sliding down. The sink drainage system is pretty terrible. Water flows down slow and sometimes we'd end up using the kitchenette sink. The laundry room condition was quite deplorable. The room is dusty and leftover clothes were strewn everywhere. The sink area is dirty, its like nobody does any housekeeping there. And for the main lobby area, its also quite dirty with dry leaves all over the carpet. Despite all these underwhelming experiences, our stay was bearable. There are many shops and eateries within walking distance.

Nice stay.

Very nice hotel and staff were friendly. Personally, I didn't like the mattress because it was too soft for me. My only grouse was the curtain blinds, Not much privacy, as long as the lights are turn on, you can be seen even if the blinds are down.

Excellent service provided throughout my stay. Daily housekeeping and friendly concierge officers. Despite arriving at the hotel early before check in timing, I didn’t have to wait long until I got the room. They were very prompt in replying emails. Facilities in the hotel are fairly decent. A good sized indoor lap pool as well as a well equipped gym. I appreciate that there’s a laundry room where you can do your own laundry if you’re planning for a longer stay so you can travel light. There’s a cafeteria/bar in the lobby as well. Location of the hotel is super convenient as most of the popular places are just few minutes walk or drive away. If you’re driving during your trip, they offer private underground parking for a small fee throughout your stay. You will get a designated parking lot which is really great as you wouldn’t have to worry about not being able to park your vehicle. Highly recommended for anyone considering this property.

Clean and decent hotel

Quite central location. With plenty of food choices nearby as well. Wifi is strong and good. The metro supermarket is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. For those looking to do laundry, there is a laundromat located within the hotel, which cost about 5 dollar per usage. we enjoyed our time here.
