The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The day we checked out we left our luggage and strolled around Barcelona a bit. We went back and was allowed to use the pool before we left for the airport. They helped us access our stored luggage several times, with a smile. The hotel is centrally located to the major sights in the city. The pool is open until 10.30pm, which is very nice. I would stay here again.

Basic hotel good for a short stay. Rooms were clean, but a tad dated. The bathroom had a damp smell and the toilet was way too close to the wall for anyone to sit comfortably. Front desk Miriam was amazing and very helpful.

Super Convienient

The front desk crew were amazing and helpful. The location was super convienient and close to quite a few of the best sights in Barcelona. (La Rambla and Placa Catalunya) Hop on / Hop off buses leave from a short walk away. Sagrada Familia was 5 subway stops away via subway which was a short walk also. The adjustable beds were, for the most part, inoperable. Also, just a short walk to/from Aerobus stops

It looks like it's being remodeled. During the day, it's very noisy with the sound of room construction. A bug came around, complained to the front desk and sprayed him with insecticide. I stayed up all night with open eyes because of bugs. The location is great. The staff is generally kind, too.

Initially the girl at th front desk put me in a small room without a view, however the shower head broke so Caleb at reception put me in a modern suite. Needless to say my stay was much more comfortable. The staff adjusted my air con as it was too high and cold for my liking. The pool was great as well. I could manage a few laps each way.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Barca and this is by a mile the worst - Lobby and bar area look posh and inviting but Bed mattress very cheap duvet and pillows cheep Bath poor, shower head poor And building work started aT 8:15

3rd z there. 1st 20+ years ago - then 2021. Thought maybe they had lost a step due to Covid….nah. Very skimpy on the amenities….1 inch bars of soap? The bedding was awful, uncomfortable/hot. The pillows ugh!!! With family in the city, I’ll be back - but not to LLEO

Centralt och trevligt hotell med takpool.

Väldigt centralt hotell med mycket shopping direkt utanför dörren och ca 40 min promenad ner till stranden. Nära flera tunnelbanestationer och bussar. Vi hade rum ut mot gatan men fönster och balkongdörr var ljudisolerat så vi stördes inte av några ljud. A/Cn var effektiv och kylde ner rummet fort när vi kom tillbaka in. Kylskåp på rummet är också bra för dricka, frukt och mellanmål. Takpool var väldigt trevligt när vi inte hade tid att gå till havet men ville sitta i solen en stund. Rummet städades varje dag, men var lite slitet och luktade fukt, fuktfläckar i taket i badrummet var också ett minus, tyvärr. Trevlig personal, reception som var öppen 24h/dygn är bra. Vi är överlag väldigt nöjda.

Solid Choice

Clean and in nice condition. Wonderful sound deadening windows, appreciated when on 1st floor of busy street. However, lots of noise from interior, including lobby noise, people on and off elevators, etc, so we would have liked a better sound insulated interior door! But, overall, a very nice stay, helpful front desk, good housekeeping, and a fantastic location if you use public transport to get around Barcelona.
