My first holiday since 2019 and I am blown away by how gorgeous Koenokoeni Villa is. I had the best time here! The breakfast was amazing, staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and huge!! The photographer we hired for our pre-wedding shoot met us at the villa and even took some shots of us there because of how nice the place is! I will be back!

Pros: Fantastic location in Seminyak. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice room. Cons: On our first night, the aircon blew HOT AIR so they transferred us to another villa. The new villa we were transferred to did not have bathrobes so when we checked out the next day, it was very unpleasant & such a hassle. When they asked us about the bathrobes upon checking out, we said there weren’t any in the new villa. They spent about 30minutes checking until I said I rather open my suitcases & let them check to see that we did NOT take them because I didn’t want to waste my holiday waiting around. When they checked and there were no bathrobes in my suitcases, they wanted to check our driver’s van. This definitely ruined our first few days in Bali.

I loved the variety that was offered for breakfast. The location was near enough to all the shopping, cafes and stuff but yet tucked away far enough for it to be peaceful and quiet.

Nice and Lovely Villa in Seminyak, Bali

Overall, the hotel met our expectation. Hotel airport transfer was done smoothly. Staff in the villa were all so pleasant, caring and helpful. Room is comfortable (you can practically stay in the villa and R&R). It was very pleasant with the pool just outside the room and kitchen. Bathroom is nice as it separates the WC from the shower and bath area. Breakfast was pleasant. Highly recommended for couple, family, and group of friends.

A very peaceful and quiet place for escape

Me and my partner had a wonderful 2 night staying at koenokoeni Villa, front desk staff very efficient and polite to introduce us about the room. All the staff are very helpful too. We are having the candle light dinner as well and everything was so amazing especially the decoration and the foods, the breakfast are excellent too. We cant wait to come back Bali again and definitely will come back to Koenokoeni.

Good hotel and villa

Good location close by walk to the restaurants and beach bars. Hotel was good . Happy with it . Facilities were good. Price a little high but the secludedness and quiteness is probably what is paid for

Spacious and clean

Am very pleased with their service; they aimed to please. Only downside is the location, it's a narrow walk in to the resort from the main road which can be dangerous when it's night time. Otherwise everything abt the resort are just fabulous.

amazing villa !!!

it was our second visit to this wonderful villa, and just as amazing service wise, comfort, and the private pool. area is close to many eateries within walking distance , or free hotel shuttle can take you to many designated drop off, will definitely come back again next year

3 times the size of my flat

1. Hotel pick up was good. Driver waited while we took an hour to clear customs. 2. Check in was fast and easy. 3. Villa room was crazy huge. Furniture is a little old and slightly damaged but nonetheless a very pleasant stay. Pool was big and floats can be asked from the front desk at no charge. 4. In room breakfast was repetitive over the 4 days (i tried all from the menu). Maybe the restaurant would have been better. But since you are paying for the room, might as well stay in it right? Breakfast served on time as requested. Many thanks to the staff who accommodated our request for a late breakfast (around 10.30am) after we came back from the sunrise trek. 5. Close to good and reasonable priced food in seminyak. 6. Massage opposite hotel was reasonably priced. Never tried the hotel's one though. Comparable price. 7. Overall, a very nice stay. Would recommend to all.

Relaxing villa stay close to the heart of Seminyak

Service was excellent from the point of check-in all the way through to check-out. Every contact with the villa's staff there was warm and with a smile. The villa pool was great and room very comfortable (though some of the furnishing feels slightly worn). I also appreciated that I was able to conveniently rent a scooter with the villa (the reception staff even helps you to get the tank filled up at nearby street side stalls selling petrol in glass bottles). Location is fabulous as well, with well known landmarks like Potato Head Beach Club and the beach close by. Slight drawbacks were the some of the furnishing appeared a little worn, and that the breakfast spread is relatively limited and could get boring over an extended stay.

Excellent Stay! Very private and intimate!

Checked in to a one bedroom villa and found out that they had some maintenance issues with the roof! Voiced my concerns and the staff was quick to change my villa! They were very prompt and courteous and made sure my new villa was all ready! Rooms size were large and the private pool was nothing short of great! It was my honeymoon and we definitely felt very special in this private and intimate villa! I would unreservedly recommend you to stop searching and choose this villa for your stay in Bali! Thank you Koenokoeni Villa!!!

Great Villa in a backstreet near Seminyak Beach

We stayed 3 nights in this great Villa. its a 5 mins walk to Seminyak Beach. First time we staying in this stretch of town. The unassuming reception does not give away any hint of the luxuries that lie behind the villa walls. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, we were given 2 extra beds to accommodate all 8 of us. The rooms were all huge. All with huge bathrooms. Drinks, fruits and snacks were provided everyday complimentary. Breakfast was delivered right on schedule every morning. Nobody wanted to leave at the end of our stay..

Simply Brilliant!

Stunningly beautiful villas, the private pool was bigger than we had imagined. Service was very impeccable and location brilliant (walking distance to Ku De ta and Potato Head). The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious and super comfy. Would recommend the place in a heartbeat and can't wait to come back to Bali and stay here.

Great service

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located, the villa was also beautiful and very comfortable. Pity the wifi was not working for 2 nights when we were there, however we understand it was an area wide problem and not the villa's problem. We were out most of the day, so that was not a big issue. One issue I did have was there was a lizard (or cricket?) in the bedroom, which would make noises now and then while we were asleep, so that woke me up. Couldn't find where it was. It was maybe once or twice at night though, not like a continuous racket. Everything else was great. Excellent service made the stay a wonderful one, ad I wouldn't mind returning again!
