The parking garage is very hard for 2 cars/trucks moving at the same time. The room was clean, the beds were okay. The worst thing was their was no microwave!!!!! We were disappointed with that.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I would definitely return to Grand Ocean Beach Resort. Our room was very clean and was exactly as shown on their site; the staff were all pleasant and helpful; the location was ideal and because we waited till the end of September we did not have to wait for restaurant seating. The location on the beach was my favorite part of our stay-definitely will recommend to family and friends!

I love that you can drive right up to the floor you are staying on and walk right to your room. The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. We will definitely be coming back next year.

Love the location and that it is next to a residential area which was quieter. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could improve was the way the studio room we had was set up. There was a shelving area with a bar to hang up stuff, but you couldn't hang up much there because it was so short, unless maybe kid's clothes. Also they was a fridge but not a microwave.

Right on the beach was the best part. Older rooms, just not updated.. scratched up furniture, toilets didn't flush good, tub& sink didn't drain good. Restaurant wasn't consistent on opening

Great spot

Great hotel, it was clean, well stocked and a great location! We will be staying here again! The check in was awesome. We got texts for any updates on the property and for check out. The kitchenette was good, the refrigerator was big enough for us and the room was spacious! We really enjoyed it!

This property is very outdated. It is in need of renovations. We arrived for a weekend getaway expecting a nice comfortable resort. This place felt and looked like a motel. External paint is faded. It was midnight so I decided to stay. I checked in and the room was horrible. The walk and ceiling paint was chipping. The first room had fleas even though this is suppose to be a pet free place. I was moved to a new room at 1am. The second room had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. I got out of the shower and reached for a towel to find red stains which appeared to be dried blood. It was disgusting. I was wet so I reached for another towel and the second one had hair balls rolled in it. It was a kinky texture that I do not have. Needless to say I checked out immediately. I reported everything to the hotel but The hotel staff said they couldn’t find the soiled towels I left on the floor. The hotel needs deep cleaning and major renovations.
