La résidence est trÚs bien placée à 2mn à pieds de la galerie commerciale et des pistes de Pra Loup. Mais c'est surtout la convivialité du staff de la résidence qui en a fait un trÚs bon séjour !

The room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children and there was a lot of noise from the interconnecting family room next door. The main problem was that the floors were filthy. The facilities in the room were OK. It was quite a long hike to get to the slopes and to restaurants. Overall OK but if we went back to Pra-loup we'd aim to stay further up the hill

Un systÚme de confirmation de reservation propre à Sowell est trÚs pénible. Une confirmation sur leur site dite obligatoire s'avÚre impossible car le site ne fonctionne pas. Le personnel et le logement sont agréable mais la douche ne fonctionnait pas trés bien et le ménage était limite.

15 degrés dans l'appartement...

15 degres maxi dans l'appartement... Les convecteurs sont sous dimensionnĂ©s pour sa taille. Ils ne suffisent pas Ă  obtenir une tempĂ©rature convenable qu'on peut souhaiter quand il fait -5 degrĂ©s dehors. Alors comment comprendre que le chauffage soit coupĂ© lorsqu'on enleve la clĂ© du contact general pour sortir ? La chambre n'est donc plus chauffĂ©e lorsqu'on sort... C'est inadmissible au regard des Ă©toiles annoncĂ©es de l'Ă©tablissement. Je ne parle pas des tĂąches et l'Ă©tat des couettes, elles n'ont mĂȘme pas Ă©tĂ© changĂ©es pour cette nouvelle saison...

Suite Ă  notre rĂ©servation sur le site pour un week-end en amoureux, avec photos aguichantes de baignoire et de lit double, nous arrivons dans un studio sans lit double, mais avec canapĂ© convertible et lit superposĂ© pour enfant, sans assez d'eau chaude pour 2, sans chauffage dans la salle de bain, sans chauffage dans l'entrĂ©e du studio (oĂč se trouve un lit superposĂ©), sans la vaisselle nĂ©cessaire, avec une porte de douche qui ne ferme pas correctement et qui arrose toute la salle de bain. De plus, ce studio est trĂšs mal isolĂ©. Dans le studio se trouve une porte communiquant avec le studio voisin (idĂ©al pour un sĂ©jour entre amis!). Mais c'est comme si nous avions passĂ© la soirĂ©e avec nos voisins, et leurs enfants... Pour conclure : cet hĂŽtel est super pour un sĂ©jour entre amis (tarif correct), et de sa situation sur la station (navette gratuite nous dĂ©posant au pied des pistes). Mais Ă  fuir d'urgence pour un week-end en amoureux!

Accueil et service inexistant

Bonjour, Nous avons dĂ©cidĂ© de rĂ©server un sĂ©jour de 2 nuits dans cet Ă©tablissement, qui est bien placĂ© dans la station, et avec un niveau de qualitĂ© satisfaisant. Par contre, en ce qui concerne l'accueil du personnel et surtout du Directeur, il n'y en aurait pas, ce ne serait pas pire. Horaires de mise Ă  disposition de l'appartement non respectĂ©, mĂ©nage Ă  refaire soi mĂȘme dĂ©s le soir de notre arrivĂ©e, relation clients inexistante ( personnel Ă  l'accueil ne nous regardant mĂȘme pas lorsqu'on leur adresse la parole, Directeur totalement hors sujet par rapport Ă  sa profession, etc... ) se faire accueillir de la sorte aprĂšs voir effectuĂ© 900 kms, autant rĂ©server dans un hĂŽtel premier prix...

TrÚs déçu du séjour

TrĂšs mauvais accueil. Chambre rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© Ă  18h30 au lieu de 17h car soit disant le mĂ©nage n'Ă©tait pas fini (alors que nous sommes arrivĂ© Ă  14h30 pour nous enregistrer et revenu Ă  16h30). On nous demande de patienter au bar ou les conso sont Ă  des tarifs trĂšs Ă©levĂ©s. Commençant Ă  me plaindre de l'attente Ă  17h45 (car nous avions fait des courses de frais qui attendaient avec nous et nous avions un rdv Ă  19h) le directeur me rĂ©pond qu'il n'en a rien a faire et que si je continu Ă  me plaindre j'aurais ma chambre en dernier (ce que je trouve inadmissible de la part d'un Ă©tablissement au tarif tout de mĂȘme Ă©levĂ©) alors que ce monsieur ce permet devant toute la foule en attente de se servir une pinte de biĂšre et de fumer un cigarette avec son personnel plutĂŽt que de faire quelque chose pour dĂ©bloquer la situation. Lors de notre entrĂ© dans la chambre on constate un verre du bar avec un liquide visqueux blanc Ă  l'intĂ©rieur (un oubli me signale t'on !!!) et des draps sur les matelas sales et tachĂ©s de marron. Ce qui nous laisse penser que le mĂ©nage n'a pas Ă©tĂ© fait ou juste en surface. Je ne retournerais jamais dans cette Ă©tablissement et je ne le conseil pas du tout car nous Ă©tions pas les seuls dans ce cas.

Nul accueil plus que moyen... drap en location pour une nuit???argument avancĂ© nous sommes dans une station??oui mais mĂȘme dans une station je n'ai jamais eue Ă  rĂ©gler les draps pour une nuit en version hĂŽteliĂšre.....la couette tachĂ©e++++mais que je me rassure elle Ă  Ă©tait lavĂ©e!!!! oui ok mais j'ai pas envie de dormir dans les traĂźnĂ© de sang de la personne prĂ©cĂ©dente.... du jamais vu un appartement pour 4 personnes et une seule casserole rikiki(juste pour une tasse de lait....) pas de faitout ni casserole pour prĂ©parer un repas.... a fuir.....................................................................

Kjempefint men se etter Les Berges Resort.

Meget hyggelig betjening som ogsÄ kunne engels i motsatsen til hva noen har skrevet. En overdÄdig middagsbuffet og frokost. Men se etter Les Berges Resort. Navnet pÄ hotellet er meget misvisende. SkjÞnner at nÄr man kommer frem sÄ er det vanskelig Ä finne riktig resepsjon.

Retour 21h30 - appartement sans serviette, sans savon et gel/shampoing , salle de bain sans Ă©clairage - banquet convertible dĂ©suĂšte avec drap dĂ©chirĂ© et matelas inconfortable - j'ai fini la nuit dans un lit suspendu pour enfant Le personnel de service le lendemain matin m'indique effectivement qu'il n'y avait plus de serviette la veille !!!! A l'accueil une personne sincĂšrement gĂȘnĂ©e nous a remis les piĂšces manquantes et offert un cafĂ© avec deux croissants rassis VoilĂ  pourquoi je ne recommencerai pas cet Ă©tablissement Nb : un manque de personnel ou de tenue manifeste avec un accueil sans rĂ©ceptionniste qui entraĂźne une attente du client Prix pour la nuit rĂ©servĂ©e sur expecta 72€ pour 2 personnes Vive rbnb

Un 1er accueil vraiment pas satisfaisant pour des professionnels du tourisme. Sinon l'hÎtel est propre et agréable malgré que l'accÚs aux infrastructures (piscine, jacuzzi) ferment bcp trop tÎt. AprÚs une bonne journée rando à profiter du beau temps, on aurait bien aimé y accéder. fermeture à 19h...en été cela fait tÎt. Dommage

TÀnk pÄ att receptionen för detta hotell ligger i Les Bergers sÄ blir det lÀttare att hitta. Personalen varken pratar eller förstÄr engelska sÄ det kan bli problem. Vill man ta del av hotellets utbud sÄ krÀvs det att man frÄn början bokar all inclusive för det verkar inte gÄ att betala gör nÄgot i efterhand, eller om det nu inte gick dÄ vi inte behÀrskar franska. RÀkna inte med att kunna sova mÄnga timmar i strÀck i bÀddsoffan. Men det absolut sÀmsta var att det var verkligen Àckligt skitigt i lÀgenheten och att servisen bara var inplockad i skÄpet utan att passerat disken. Man behövde ingen vidare fantasi för att gissa sig till den senaste gÀstens sista mÄltid i lÀhenheten. Det enda positiva med detta hotell Àr att det ligger i ett magiskt vackert omrÄde med mycket aktivitet för den lite Àventyrliga resenÀren. DÄ jag rekommenderar absolut omrÄdet i sig.
