Amazing boutique hotel in the best location. Large and very well equipped rooms. Bed and shower are excellent. Our group were in 4 rooms and everyone was happy. The staff are professional and efficient. Andre’, the concierge ,was very helpful with all our needs: reservations, transportation, tours,…top notch!! Our favorite restaurant was Fervor which is near the hotel. The a/c works well and is quiet!!

No coração da Recoleta.....

Excelente localização, deixa a desejar em muitos aspectos. Os quartos voltados para rua sao barulhentos, o café da manhã é servido no bar , numa mesinha bistro super pequena com cadeiras altas e bastante desconfortável. Tem que pedir os itens que demoram a serem servidos. A cama é gigante, porém o colchão e de molas e faz barulho.a Hidromassagem nao funciona em nenhum dos quartos.Na chegada, a atendente nao sabia da minha reserva e foi descortês insinuando que eu estava equivocada.a localização é excelente e o concierge André foi sensacional!
