Atendimento correto, sem extravagâncias de gentileza ou simpatia, o que é normal para Paris. Acomodação menor do que aparece nas fotos, mas correta. Mini cozinha funcional e prática para eventual necessidade. Limpeza ok. Otima localização de fácil acesso para se movimentar pela cidade. Bares e restaurantes próximos. Recomendo.

Terrible soundproofing between rooms. Had girls in an adjacent room yelling, laughing and talking from 0230-0630 in the morning. Tried to call the desk, but no number could be found. Phone had nothing on it. No plug for the bath tub. Can’t really use it without a plug, people! Rug was dirty and had not been vacuumed prior to our stay. Desk personnel less than friendly, unlike our other stays in Lyon, Annecy and Geneva on this trip.

The 11th- easy from Gare de Lyon

The staff were excellent and that was why I rated the stay as good. Without good staff, the property was rather ordinary, at best, with a so-so breakfast. Location was very good for us, lots of very good restaurants around and felt safe.

This was a nice boutique hotel, away from many of the tourist attractions but with good transportation nearby. Several good, small restaurants were available close by as was a grocery store. the staff was extremely helpful.
