很不好的住宿體驗！！

住宿地點超級遠，根本不近市中心，如果需要搭地鐵或JR，根本上要行上20分鐘，不是他們所說幾分鐘就到地鐵站，住宿附近沒有任何便利店，回酒店前要買好所有需要的用品，如果不是住地下層，2樓以上要搬樓梯，如果行李重的話是很辛苦的，去搬一次走的時候也要搬一次，晚上隔音設備很差，鄰居聊天的說話完全可以聽到，我們五個人，只有三張被，要求多一張也不能，就算有暖氣，也不會開到太高度數，因為真的很乾！頭髮風筒也很像玩具似的，一點力度也沒有！

Great, basic accomodation. Lots of beds and two bedrooms was really helpful for our family of 4 with young kids. Two showers and two toilets as well! Bathrooms were great and plenty of supplies. There was little to no natural light in our ground floor apartment which made it feel a bit cavelike! Great local area and near major street. Short walk to lovely park/playground.

I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson.

残念。

施設は壁が薄く、隣の部屋の会話が気になるレベルで聞こえます。週末は若者が朝まで騒いで飲み会をやっています。きっと家のみ感覚で便利なのでしょうが、騒音がひどく、お客様窓口に何度も連絡しました。常駐している方がいないので、残念ながら、改善は見込めません。 併せて、台所、お風呂周りの清掃や、全体的なホコリの状態は残念ながら清潔とは言えませんでした。 コロナのこともあり、気になって、自分たちで掃除しました。 残念ながら次回は利用しません。 現場で対応頂いた清掃員の方は非常に親切でした。
