Great hotel, far from central.

Hotel is amazing. Request buggy cart to take you around to the local places (inc. beach and turtle village where other restaurants are). Breakfast provided is also decent. Western prices for dinner. There’s a 7-eleven on site. Has all you need. Great stay, just a little far from the main sights and centre of Phuket. But only 20 mins away from airport.

Completely flawless!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa as a family of 4 (with young children - 18mo and 4yo) and had the most amazing holiday! The property was stunning, well-maintained, clean and had absolutely everything you could need. They had all the facilities you could want - big pool, tennis court (available at the next door Anantara), pickle ball court, bball court, boxing classes, yoga - the list goes on! The kids club and waterslide pool were a saviour and kept our kids entertained all day! The restaurants were all great and we especially enjoyed the extensive buffet breakfast every day. The property is in a great location - walking (or buggy ride!) distance to shops, beaches, massage, nails, pubs etc. The staff here were the absolute best and truly made our holiday such an incredible and unforgettable experience. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Great family vacation

Great place to stay with a family. My kids (8 and 5) loved the kids club, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food choice was excellent and they catered very well for dietary requirements for my parents. We stayed in a 2 bed villa which was huge and the kids loved the galaxy bedroom. Would highly recommend.

Great for families. Excellent location. Not as fully serviced as we would have liked. Restaurants and food options at property were severely limited. But access to Anantara Villas which we discovered late in our trip was a huge plus.

Very good family holiday!

Great hotel with overall excellent service. The rooms were fabulous and a great pool and kids club as well! Were very accommodative of late checkout as well. Food was also very good. Hotel was full so room Service was always taking too long…but a great holiday all in all

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. We booked a 2-bedroom apt for our family. The rooms sizes were very comfortable, clean and the air-conditioning in the apartment was awesome! The unit was very clean and well-equipped. Breakfast spread was fantastic and quality was excellent. We would defintely recommend Anantara vacation club to families who are looking for a spacious room to stay in Phuket!

Large clean room with full function kitchen

Good: The hotel is not too big but has everything you would ask for. The room is so large and there is a full-function kitchen so you can cook anything you like. Small supermarket 2mins away from the hotel that has all the salt, rice etc. for you to pick up. Very good feature if you're traveling with kids and don't want eat in the restaurant all the time. The beach is nice and clean. Enough among of people on the beach so you don't feel lonely but also not too crowded. Neg: Far away from the centre so not much you can do. A few similar sized hotels around that you can walk around but nothing else you can do other than laying on the beach.

Nice hotel with nice staff.

The room is very clean and it is suitable for family with kids with all the amenity in the room. However if you prefer to go shopping, then it will be too far away from Patong, shopping paradise.

Not sure if I'd stay again

I stayed in a 2BR pool villa recently. When I booked on this site, I was not aware/informed that the property was in soft launch stage. Construction was half done. Also, correspondence with the hotel staff suggested we'd be having breakfast at JW Mariott as the restaurant is not built yet. However, the counter staff vehemently denies this despite email proof and was arguing with me over semantics. Breakfast was served at Bill Bentley, which is rather horrid if this was truly a 5 star property. Despite being new, light fixtures were not working. The side table was broken. In all, don't stay here until they've sorted themselves out.
