Great value spa hotel with good tourism nearby

Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam.

What a wonderful place. The apartment was clean and airy with a balcony to enjoy having a meal,glass of wine or coffee. Everything you need in the kitchenette apart from a frying pan and or a saucepan(just a huge cooking pot). Only down side is there isn't any Aircon in the room so it's very hard to sleep in the night- the mobile fan just moves the warm air around. Spa is wonderful!!! Our favourite place across our trip in Spain and France. Would visit again.

Un trĂšs bel hotel

L'hÎtel est trÚs beau, de grand standing. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé : vaisselle, machine à café, grille pain, micro onde et grand réfrigérateur. Les literies sont de qualité. Par contre il n'y a pas de climatisation, un bon ventilateur mais c'est trop juste pour tout l'appartement.

J'ai rĂ©servĂ© 2 nuits dans cet hĂŽtel, mais je n'ai jamais pu y passer une seule nuit ! À mon arrivĂ©e Ă  23h, personne n'Ă©tait lĂ  pour m'accueillir. La standardiste ne m'a pas informĂ© de la nĂ©cessitĂ© de prĂ©venir en cas d'arrivĂ©e tardive, bien que cela soit indiquĂ© dans les conditions de rĂ©servation. Il est en effet exigĂ© de prĂ©venir la rĂ©ception avant 19h pour les arrivĂ©es tardives. Cependant, malgrĂ© mes appels le lendemain, personne n'a rĂ©pondu pour prendre en compte ma demande !

Un beau cadre

Je ne sais si c'est un hĂŽtel ou une rĂ©sidence de location d'appartements meublĂ©s. L'appartement que nous avons louĂ© est grand, confortable, propre, avec 2 grands balcons Ă©quipĂ©s de table et chaises (et une belle vue sur la ville et la campagne alentour). Il y a aussi une cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e mais il n'y a pas de mĂ©nage quotidien comme dans un hĂŽtel. Il faut nettoyer la cuisine et vider sa poubelle pour Ă©viter une facturation supplĂ©mentaire, comme dans un meublĂ©. Un dĂ©pĂŽt de garantie de 250€ est d'ailleurs demandĂ© Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. La salle de bain n'est pas adaptĂ©e Ă  une personne ayant des problĂšmes de mobilitĂ©. La baignoire n'est pas antidĂ©rapante et il n'y a aucune barre de maintien. L'Ă©tablissement propose, entre autres, des cures prĂ©vention santĂ© en rhumatologie; j'espĂšre que le logement proposĂ© Ă  ces curistes est mieux adaptĂ©. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de coffre-fort dans l'appartement et qu'il y a un grand parking extĂ©rieur (avec bornes de charge Ă©lectrique) payant.

HÎtel confortable et agréable

ArrivĂ©e vers 18h nous avons pris le supplĂ©ment spa Ă  29e par personne sachant qu'il fermait Ă  20h, confirmĂ© avec l hotesse. A 19h l ensemble des jets se sont arrĂȘtĂ© car quelqu'un a dĂ©cidĂ© de changer les filtres et ce n est jamais reparti....la personne qui surveillait le spa Ă©tait tres embĂȘtĂ©e. Un geste commercial aurait Ă©tĂ© bienvenu. Au petit dĂ©jeuner, j ai gentiment signalĂ© Ă  la serveuse que le beurre salĂ© etait pĂ©rimĂ©. Quand elle en a ramenĂ© elle m a dit "il n y a que celui qui fait rien qui ne se trompe pas". Lors de notre arrivĂ©e, c Ă©tait un peu panique Ă  bord, car nous benificiions d une nuit gratuite ( nuit Rewards) et personne ne savait quoi faire. A part cela, l hĂŽtel est confortable, agrĂ©able, tres bien situĂ©. Le spa est propre, grand, bien organisĂ©. Nous sommes prĂȘts Ă  revenir en espĂ©rant trouver un personnel plus compĂ©tent et plus professionnel.
