The property is clean, convenient and staff was friendly and very helpful. Just very minor issue, on the toilet door, was not able to lock. But overall stay was pleasant and would recommend to others

Very convenient to take train. Room is spacious. Slight flaw in that we can hear the sound coming from neighbour if they speak loudly. Other than that, it is a very good place to stay for tourist.

Hotel is just 3 shop house on the right after you exit from the train B exit. Location is convenient. Hotel room is huge for 6 adults. No housekeeping. You will have bring the soiled towels to front desk and request new ones. Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The biggest down side is the rooms/unit are very dark. There is only 1 sanitary top in the main bathroom. And only 1 mirror. No hook in the bathroom or sink area. Hotel has to improve on that. Pretty inconvenient.

매우 넓고 쾌적한 숙소

성인 남성 5명이서 숙박했습니다. 숙소가 정말 넓고 쾌적했으며 3일간 숙박하면서 딱히 불편한 점도 없었습니다. 에비스초역도 도보 1분 이내에 있어 접근성이 좋았고 주변에 편의점도 많아 밤에 가볍게 나갔다 오기도 좋았습니다. 조명이 다소 어둡긴 하지만 저는 이 점이 오히려 편안한 분위기를 만들어 주어 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은 히터를 꽤 세게 틀어도 겨울 밤에는 조금 춥습니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러웠고 다시 오사카에 방문한다면 다시 묵을 의사가 있습니다. 4~6인 정도 일행 분들에게 추천합니다.

☆2泊3日の家族旅☆

今回は急な家族旅行ともあり、当日の昼前にホテルを探し予約をさせて頂きました。家族で行くとの事でなかなか良いホテルが見つからなかったですが、タイミング的に今回のホテルに決定しました。到着の際もフロントのスタッフさんの細く分かりやすい説明があり、目的のルームに入ると部屋が何部屋もあり広いルームで家族と楽しく宿泊できました。難波や新世界にも近く立地的には最高の位置にあったと思います。次の日も子供達が泊まりたいとの事で再度予約をして２連泊目もしました、1つ残念なのが、1日目と2日目が同じルームだったので、他の部屋も見れたらなと期待しました、でも、最高の家族旅行になり充実しました、ありがとうございました。

A hotel with little staff service

There are no staff who speak English, and the fire alarm malfunctioned at night, so I was in the lobby on the first floor for about an hour. There was no response from the staff to the situation, and not even an apology. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and they didn't change the towels or clean the room, it was really bad.

子供５人大人２人で宿泊しました。部屋も広くトイレも２つあり、とても快適でした。ダブルベットが各部屋に２つずつあったので楽々寝ることができました。
