Cheap and cheerful/nasty (depending on your mood)

Old block of flats now used for short stay accommodation (probably because the previous owner didn’t want to spend money bringing them up to healthy homes standards). The office is located offsite at another motel. Cheap and served the purpose of somewhere to sleep, but not much more than that

It would be great to have a full length mirror. And a fold-down couch instead of 2 single beds? Always clean, quiet, close to town. Reliable place to stay.

Would not stay again, had rennovations going in one of the units and it started extremely early we were there on holiday rooms were not serviced appropriately

Excellent WiFi. Kitchen & toilet floor is too sticky. Very high step getting in/out for the shower, need to be careful. Overall hardwares are old, for short stay is fine.

The property was very clean, location is very good. Just had a problem with parking. Driveway is quite narrow and there is plenty of space in the back of the building. Cars shouldn’t be allowed to park in the driveway.

Do not stay here. Check in is off site at another hotel. The check in person was so rude. The hotel itself had wires hanging out the front, not enough cutlery, no dryer (as said full laundry), no washing detergent, weird shower that was half a meter off the ground, no couch to sit on. Cleaning staff tried to rush us out before checkout. Keep looking for something else!

Property needs a re vamp. Very old and dated. Box shower with a curtain and you needed to step up in order to get into the shower.

Check in was inconvenient going to another property, the shower was mouldy it was a cold room even with heater there were no extra blankets or pillows. Was super noisy with some sort of banging in pipes or something that kept us up all night. Will not return to this property.

Low shower pressure and dirty carpet

The carpet floor beside the single beds had stain of food left by previous tenants. The shower's water pressure was unacceptable, the water pressure was like an adult's urinating.

It is an old property and to cover the pervasive smells it was heavily sprayed and I couldnt stay the heavy chemical spray brought on my asthma. An absolute shocker.. I want a refund.

Room 1

Very dated, curtains were hanging on 3 hooks couldnt open them otherwise they would fall down.washing machine leaked but they did fix it. Kitchen floor was sticky we had to wear our shoes all the time. No carpark for room 1 as it is right by the stairs to the upper level and it is only big enough to fit a motorbike not a car. They did have parking at the back of the building.shower felt like the floor was going to break as it was so creaky. Shower pressure was terrible, very old needs huge upgrade or put a match to it. Not recommended if you want modern light decor. Cheaps rates but now i know why

Comfortable Stay

The stay was comfortable & nice as the apartment was clean and very spacious. So close to the city and amenities of where we needed to be for the hockey tournament. Good customer service was given from checking in. It was a good place for the stay and days there we were there and reasonable priced.

We thought the unit could do with a serious makeover. Some of the paintwork is very worn. The shower enclosure step is quite high and dangerous for those whose mobility is compromised. A new shower would make a big difference.

Shower is a high step up to get into it, cold tap is actually the hot tap very dangerous. Rooms were cold even with the heat pump on all night, concrete walls by bed had to use pillows behind back when leaning on it. Queen size bed was hard, had to use single beds
