Affordable stay and great breakfast

Simple, good quality hotel. Easy check in, comfy beds, very happy with the spacious basement room whivh was just like the pictures. We enjoyed the continental breakfast whivh was all good quality produce

Great Kensington Hotel! Would stay again!

Beautiful hotel wonderfully located! Easy walk to museums, night life, restaurants. Longer walk to the tube, but manageable. AMAZING breakfast buffet! Staff is very helpful when they are onsite. Night number for assistance went unanswered. They are kind in letting people store their luggage, we used that and the staff was amazing! They let me check in a few hours early. Very kind.

Very pleasant stay, a great location, handy for tube stations and many great places to eat and drink. Walkable if you enjoy romping about London! Right on the door step and the park which is also pretty! Rom had adequate space and facilities for a short stay,

It was amazing staying at Sonder. The room was very clean. Even though my room was on the basement level, it was surprisingly well-ventilated and felt quite comfortable. The location was perfect—being close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park made morning walks delightful. The breakfast was excellent, and I also loved how convenient it was to have a bustling area nearby. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to London!

I am from the US so I based my decision to stay here on the pictures and description of the hotel and room, which are described exactly as is in person. My room was so cute and cozy! It was warm with a nice heater and an option to crack open my window, put the ceiling fan on and enjoy the nice chill of London weather! The staff were super friendly and offered help learning the Underground travel system. I strongly recommend a stay at Sonder!

The hotel is in a quiet area about 15 min walk from the tube. The room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a single room and it was perfect for my needs. Staff were helpful when I needed their help. Breakfast had a nice choice of friut, breads & pastries, meat & cheese. I would stay again.

The location is amazing, an easy walk to so many iconic London sites. The hands off approach, with service available as needed, really works well for me. And the complimentary continental breakfast and all day pastries and premium coffee was a real treat. The rooms are not large, but they’re comfortable and have everything you need. unable to check in via the app. Received instant reply to email from customer services. Was able to checkin on site easily. Large lockers are available so bags can be dropped before checkin. The room was warm, cosy and plenty of room (we were in a basement with good natural light).most of all we felt safe. Good choice of bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Perfect location for Albert hall and Kensington gardens. Tucked away off the main road in a desirable residential area.

The building is beautiful, we had a good time there. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast is missing some variety, for me, there were too many sweets. But over all I can recommend staying there, it is very close to Kensington Gardens and has many options for public transport nearby.

Sonder is a beautiful place to stay. The staff is so pleasant and helpful. In particular Roger was wonderful to talk with about places to visit while in town. Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great experience at this hotel! Rooms are clean, staff is very helpful, and it’s located in a great area of London. Rooms are small, but that was perfectly fine since I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.
