良い点 。。。 交通の便も含め立地が良い 日本人スタッフが居る 日本のテレビが観られる キッチン、洗濯機がある 改善して欲しい点。。。 ホテルズコム掲載の地図ではたどり着くのが不可能 (掲載地図では中山公園駅の上、実際は下) 地図の改善をお願いします クローゼット内の棚全て埃が溜まっていてビックリ 各設備面での細かいメンテナンスが行き届いてないと 感じました

Good Place to Stay - Convenient Location

The hotel is a little difficult to find - turn left from the metro's line 7, walk up to the second floor (has escalator), check-in on the 5th floor. The building has many businesses and other serviced apartment companies. The location of the building itself was very convenient. We enjoyed staying so close to Zhongshan Park. CarreFour and many restaurants are within a block's radius. Very close to the metro line 2. Furniture was worn, but the room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and washing machine. Weekly cleaning (not daily) offered. Wi-Fi was slow. Other hotels/apartments will take make copies of our passports, but they needed to take the physical passport to the police station for our three-day stay. We felt a little uncomfortable, but the staff were reassuring and brought them back in under an hour. Ultimately, good value for the location.

上海出張にはお勧め

いつも利用してます。とにかく上海市内どこへ行くのにもアクセスが良い。 中山公園駅からも徒歩３分。 ホテルとは違います。日本で行くウィークリーマンション。 受け付けは建物の５Fへ行きます。この案内を分かりやすくして欲しい。 星野珈琲の横のゲートから５Fへ行くと、建物の１室が受付になります。エレベータ降りてすぐ横の部屋。 日本語対応なのが安心。 部屋は８５００円くらいの部屋を使用しました。 長期滞在だったので、洗濯機も乾燥機もあって便利でした。 安い部屋には乾燥機がないですが、選択干す物はついています。 ※浴槽はなくシャワーのみですが、その為帰国後のお風呂が最高です（笑） 虹橋空港からも近いし、浦東空港もリニアの駅まで1本。 人民広場も徐家匯へのアクセスも便利。 宿泊施設のある中山公園駅には大型スーパーもマックもあり、フードコートもあり便利です。 コンビニもファミマとローソンがあります。 部屋のテレビも日本の番組が3分遅れですがほぼライブで見れます。 関東、関西、wowwowやCSも！しかも2週間前分の番組も録画されているので便利。 上海の４泊以上の宿泊はおすすめです。

住まいの感覚

受付は上手な日本語を話しますので安心です。 部屋の広さは快適ですが、台所、洗面所の照明が半分しか点灯せず、暗い。 タオル類はほころびが有り使い古さを感じた。 ベッドは契約のサイズより小さく感じたが寝るのには充分である、しかし 中国らしい木組みの枠にマットが乗っている状態で寝返りするときしみ不快であった。 外食等は近くに沢山のレストランが有り、地下鉄駅も近いので過ごすには便利な場所です。

駅から近いが設備が古い

窓がキチンと閉まらないので、鉄道の音が大きくうるさい、シャワーの湯量が1／3くらい、秋冬だと寒くてつらいと思う。また洗濯機が古い印象、汚れが落ちてるか不安。 ただこんなに駅から近い物件は少なく貴重。

出張者には便利なサービスアパートメント

全体的には設備が古く、高級感は全くありません。朝食は2階の上島珈琲で食べることができ、48元、ビュッフェスタイルです。但し種類は少なく、何日か続けて利用すると飽きてしまいます。安いから仕方ないでが。地鉄の2、3、4号線の中山公園駅に歩いて2分くらいですので、利便性はかなりたかいです。私は出張者なのでまた利用します。

駅に近く、日本食も近い便利なところ。

スタッフはとても親切で良かった。セキュリティは良い。中山公園駅7番口は3分程で行けるところで、地下道には飲食店・雑貨店・その他がありとても便利です。 広い中庭もあり散歩する、庭で休憩する場所と木々の緑もあり落ち着けるところです。
