Generally the place was of a good standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to highly recommend the young lady, who helped us on arrival, but unfortunately I did not make a note of her name. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, efficient and patient helping a very tired 76 year old. Thank you.

It was close to the souq and has nice shops and restaurants nearby and easy to find. Property was nice and clean everyday and hotel reception were very accommodating.

Over all a good experience

Hotel is good. Staff is really helpful and like to make exceptions. Location and view is great. The only thing is that if you want something done like cleaning or request something with receptions they take ages and few reminders before fulfill it
