Responsive to queries before and during stay

We love the spacious size and well furnished apartment that Eric vokel runs. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Even when we encountered problems during our stay, they responded quickly to help us. So whether you are looking to stay for a day or more, I recommend this property for a home away from home experience.

Friendliest reception The check-in was a breeze. The property is located on a very busy side street. The apartment was cozy and nice except that if only it's better lit-up.

Incredible apartment - look no further!!

If I could give 6 stars, I would give 10. Loved everything about the place, unbeatable location, huge living space and great comfort and service, and they had such a lovely ambience as well, typical of a boutique place. Incredible.

Leider gab es mit dem Zugangscode zum Apartment und dem zum Unterkunft ein Problem, weshalb einige von uns über eine Stunde warten mussten. Man konnte in dieser Zeit niemanden erreichen und der Rest von uns musste musste vom Club zurück kommen. Ansonsten sehr schönes Apartment im 5. Stock. Einige kleine optische Defekte wie Türhänkel etc. aber mit super Aussicht. Lage sehr zentral und sicher.

100% recomendable.

Es un hotel Boutique de lujo, excelente en todos los sentidos. Todo de primera, camas muy cómodas, aislamiento exterior. Con elevador. Llegamos nos guardaron el equipaje porque no había casilleros, regresamos tarde y las maletas las subieron a la habitación. Recomendado al 100%.

We loved our stay. The lady at the front desk was excellent. We requested a two bedroom and got a three bedroom. The apartment is beautiful. Only issue was a shower leak and bathroom doors that are hard to close, but maintenance fixed the doors. We would stay there again!

Room need to be improve the sound barriers. All street activity is listen in the room interior. Main building door Stay open after business hours and that is heavy security issue

Great modern apartment in charming old building

Very nice, comfortable, great location with Metro stop a block away. Street seemed safe, and there’s a very good 24 hour cafe on the corner. The apartment was spacious with nice beds and bedding. Kitchen was great. Showers had significant mildew/mold around the edges. Everything else seemed clean. It takes about 5 hours to do one small load of laundry in the combo washer/dryer. Overall we enjoyed it and would return.

Wonderful stay for our family if 4 in Madrid. Fairly central to a lot of sights and very convenient to the metro. We arrived 4 hours early and they held our luggage in the lockers until our apartment was ready. Apartment had everything we needed, from stocked shampoo, soap to laundry detergent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and it was nice to have the elevator for our luggage. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice apartment near most attractions in Madrid which were in walking distance. Although the apartment was nice a lot of little details need to be addressed: pealing wall paper, slow draining sinks, partition wall damaged, sliding doors not closing properly. All easy fixes but needs addressing. Also the washer and dryer takes forever like 3 hours to dry 4/5 to wash. However the kitchen was a full kitchen with a toaster, tea kettle nesspresso machine and dishwasher.

Excelente ubicación y cerca de restaurantes

El Hotel Boutique es muy lindo y está en un excelente lugar. En mi caso reservé una suite con dos camas, es muy espacioso pero me dieron una que abarcaba el piso -1 y 0 así que no teníamos vista alguna, solo había una ventana que daba a unos casilleros así que no era idóneo abrirla. Se sentía encerrado el lugar sin vista, fue un poco deprimente y no lo sentí como lo vi en las fotos, pero creo que las de los otros pisos con ventanas con vista hubiese estado genial.

I would not recommend this property for several reasons. Accessibility for help was extremely limited by their limiting hours. No instructions for appliance use. Walls extremely thing that neighbors were threatening noise pollution. Noisy outside at night. Bathroom was not equipped with shower door and was dirty. Bathroom door lock wasn't functioning and no supply of handsoap at check in. But they made sure they attempted multiple connections to get our passport ID info so lots of communication from them regarding what they needed,

Super location. Helpful Reception Staff. Surprised to discover our Duplex apt was basement plus ground floor - so almost no natural light downstairs. Expected some noise at weekend late evening but it was VERY noisy - not from traffic but from people shouting etc. Would benefit from some window insulation. Super kitchen and really well equipped inc dishwasher and washing machine - although with some lovely eateries nearby it was rarely used by us. Thank You for an enjoyable weekend.

El personal fue muy amable, la cocineta es muy muy práctica y en los alrededores, hay varios restaurantes, bares y supermercados. Sin embargo, hay mucho ruido durante toda la noche. El agua caliente no funcionó y tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría.
