It was a big surprise to learn that this condo does mot have daily housekeeping services! No front desk, no luggage porter. A huge condo building? Difficult to locate the assigned apt without an actual guide!

If you have a big party, this place is great. Right in front of the beach. A lot of dining options and many things to do around. Main issues are communicating with the property and difficult parking. Otherwise its a great place.

This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building.

Property has a great location right on the beach. Booked original Deluxe room based on the photos with water view. Room had a direct view of building next door and barely any water view. Room was dusty and could have used better cleaning.

This property has amazing veiws easy parking, literally everything was in walking distance to every thing down by the beach. Including a Starbucks down stairs. The only thing i would change about this property is the bed! The bed is so hard that it was hard to sleep.

The apartment itself was spacious. We tried to ask for one more pillow and blanket but were told we had to pay 30,000won so we declined. Extra towels were dropped off at the door in the morning. It was a decent stay and the location/restaurants definitely made it better. We would maybe stay again.

Prime location, great facility, but needs an update on checkin and policy information. The location and property was perfect for our stay -family of 4 in deluxe family suite. Its actually meant for about 6 people. Plus, it has a wonderful ocean view, and we definitely enjoyed our stay. According to Expedia checkin info, we were to get checkin information, such as access code, etc. But when contacting property, and expedia the day of, neither were helpful. And upon our international arrival, we were anxious that we didn't have a place to stay. But once we arrived at the property, and speaking with front desk, we finally got the confirmation and code needed. Plenty of options around, but I would recommend this place with anyone traveling with family with kids.

i would like a representative to get in touch with me the service was poor from the start , communication terrible , false advertisement, i bought the breakfast for 4 days and only used it for the first day only to find out i did not know what i was eating and it was the same entree every day!!!if no call me i will file a complaint

해운대 팔레드시즈 주니어스위트에서 커플로 1박 했어요. 위치가 해변 바로 앞이라 산책하기 너무 좋았고, 객실도 넓고 깔끔해서 편하게 쉴 수 있었습니다. 침대랑 침구도 푹신해서 꿀잠 잤고, 주방에 필요한 것들이 다 있어서 간단히 요리도 했어요. 가격 대비 만족도 높았고 다음에 또 오고 싶어요!

해운대 수많은 숙소 가운데 이번에는 위치가 최고인 숙소 팔레드시즈를 선택했어요. 해수욕장이 바로 코앞이라 여름에는 예약이 하늘에 별따기더라고요..객실크기도 다양해서 여행 모임 다 좋고 너무 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 1층만내려가도 맛집이 많아서 너무 편하거 즐기다 왔어요

여기 위치가 최고예요! 아이들 해변가에서 실컷 놀고 간단히 정리해서 걸어서 숙소를 갈수있다는 위치에 이런가격은 정말 최상이예요!^^ 주변 먹을거리도 가깝고 편의점도 가깝고 다인실이라 여러가족 머물기 딱 좋습니다! 가을에 부모님 생신때 또 오려고 예약할거예요!!

해운대 팔레드시즈콘도에 다녀왔습니다. 바다 전망이 훌륭하고, 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 가족 단위로 머물기에 적합합니다. 해운대 해수욕장과도 가까워 산책이나 물놀이를 즐기기 좋습니다. 부대시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어 편리했고, 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 무엇보다 조용하고 쾌적한 분위기 덕분에 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다.

체크인 절차가 간편하고 프런트 직원분들도 모두 친절해서 기분좋게 입실할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 위치가 정말 최고에요. 아름다운 해운대 바다가 바로 앞에 펼쳐져 있어서 객실에서 바라보는 전망만으로 힐링이 됩니다 산책이나 바다 구경하기에도 완벽한 위치에요 건물 자체는 헤운대의 오랜 명소답게 약간의 세월의 흔적이 느껴지긴 하지만 오히려 그럼 점이 더 따뜻하고 정감 있는 분위기러 다가왔어요 너무 새것 같지 않아서 더 편안하게 쉴 수 있었습니다 부산에서 해운대 뷰를 제대로 즐기며 편안한 시간을 보내고 싶다면 팔레드시즈 콘도를 추천합니다 !
