This is not a hotel, it is a condominium operated by a company. Check in and out was not smooth. They asked us to separate kinds of garbages and bring them to the garbage disposal area where it is a bit far from the building.

청소상태도 좋았고, 스탭도 친절했으나 객실 창문 개방 손잡이가 고장나서 떨어져있었고, 샤워기 변경꼭지도 뚜껑이 빠져있었어요. 사용에는 별 지장없었지만 그래도 객실정비가 잘 되어있기를 바랍니다. 조용했고, 편의시설이 주변에 많아 무척 좋았습니다. 피트니스 이용은 좀 불편했습니다.

The building and staff were wonderful, the beds were very stiff and hard. The view was great in the apartment. Only reason we wouldn't book again is how hard the beds were.

i would like a representative to get in touch with me the service was poor from the start , communication terrible , false advertisement, i bought the breakfast for 4 days and only used it for the first day only to find out i did not know what i was eating and it was the same entree every day!!!if no call me i will file a complaint

フロントを探すのにエレベーターに乗ってしまい、見つからなくて苦労しました。やっとオフィスを探し出したものの先客がいて、めちゃくちゃ暑い所で待たされたのは辛かったです。 施設は写真の通りきれいでした。プレジデンシャルスイートにはバスルームが2つと書いてありましたが3つあり、3家族だったので気を遣わずに使えてありがたかったです。 他の方のコメントにもありましたが、バスタオルはなくフェイスタオルのみ。しかも7人に対してなぜか10枚でした。二泊目はスパに行ったので、結果的には足りました。あとトレぺの予備も置いてなかったので、ヒヤヒヤしながら使った部屋もありました。 チェックアウトした日の夜中に忘れ物に気づき、メッセージを送ったところすぐに見に行ってもらえたようで対応してもらえて助かりました。 全体としてはとても良かったです。
