Easy to get around town from the hotel location. The place could use a designated smoking area that would be more comfortable than standing outside away from the hotel. The room could use more storage/shelf space. There are no coat hooks, pretty much have to live out of your suitcase for a longer stay! We were there for almost 3 weeks. Probably OK for a very short stay.

Have stayed in numerous Sonder properties and enjoy the set up. This was one where the guest cabinet in the lobby lacks some essentials. Conceptually the idea works however often is abused by greedy people who leave others short. Aside from that this property is great! EXPEDIA could enhance the details but that is often a shortfall personally when looking for certain amenities and location information above else

Ultra modern, safe property with lots of modest as well as high end dining options nearby. Large rooms. Start of seawall bike ride within 500 metres, together with bike hire shops. Will definitely come back

Room was excellent other than the fact the heating didn't work. Took quite a while to get in contact with someone and were given space heaters as they werent able to fix it before we left.

We had a great stay at Sonder. The neighborhood it was in was quiet and fair safe. A lot of dining option in the neighborhood, transportation is great. The room we stayed in was clean, equipped with kitchen amending you prefer to cook light meals, shower water pressure was excellent! I recommend this hotel.

I didn’t realize I had to check in a day before. And ended up checking in online at check in time. I phone the help phone and they were able to rush the check in process and get our code quickly and even sent someone to the door to help us in. I was very impressed with this customer service and will be staying here again!

We loved our stay with Sonder! Facilities were clean and looked appealing and parking was extremely easy. (Extra charge to the third party) The only thing that was less than ideal was the bed— the sofa bed was incredibly saggy in the middle and basically impossible to sleep restfully on. It was so unbearable we had to request a second room, but the customer service was FANTASTIC. They did everything they could to add a second room to our reservation without extra fees, and even put us right next door! We were so grateful and had a great night of sleep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with Sonder!

Great location! Still needs some maintenance

Property was generally well maintained and very clean. The bathroom led light bulb needed a change and the strips on the stairs to the lobby was loose. Room was very clean and had all the cooking utensils you would need for a quick cooking and etc. location was really good too
