Overall, it is a good stay - the location is convenient and room is comfortable. However, I am not exactly happy about 2 things - (2) On the first night at about 9pm, I called the reception for a plate as I brought fruits. Yet, I am told that the cafeteria had closed and they have no plates. (2) Room maintenance is at around 4pm, which is too late.

Its a rundown property. Very dated and in need of refurbishment. Walls were super thin and we coukd hear our neighbours discussing where to go shopping. Room was small and dusty when we checked in, towels were stained and smelled weird. Soaps supplied were not usable or sufficient. Lift took half of forever to arrive. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Cleaning staff were helpful when we cane back for the day and room was not cleaned up yet . Overall property is too dated to give higher review, but staff were not bad.

A simple hotel

A simple hotel but doesnt look like a 3 star hotel..at night will be quiet at times, but sometimes noisy due to roadworks even after midnight..sarrounding hotel lots of homeless people laying around that area..

Location not too bad but very old and smelly.

Terrible room condition. Room has a musky smell. No extra room access key. When asked, hotel staff said they ran out of access key. The pillow cases were dirty.

Not good

The reservation date had been updated in the system by hotel.com however the staff mentioned that they are not aware, even when we provide them with the booking reference number, they suddenly pretended to act busy and attend to other customers. We approached their manager who verified our confirmation. We were told to wait at least 30 mins as non of the rooms were ready. We were told to provide $100 cash deposit for the 4 rooms, and was told by the counter staffs thatthey do not accept visa. We approach their manager who clarified that visa is possible just that it could take up to 2weeks for the visa deposit refund which a lot of past customers faced similar problems. Eventually we provide the cash deposit. We have no confidence in the counter staffs who always simply give a no as answer with no effort to serve the customers

Maybe hotel should have small van to ferry guess.

The room is spacious but the furniture could be relocate m arrange to make it more walking / movement space. The bed too near to toilet(unhygienic). Lighting if in white will be blighter. The pillows have the Indian smell(oily feel) maybe not wash thoroughly. Safety of electricity too near to water source, eg toilet n basin area. The surrounding nearby have too many 'stray' n homeless, give the impression of unsafe to have a night out. Thanks Too dark overall, good hotel must be blight n white, show it class, clean n hygiene.

Nice hotel for those who are budget.

Future travellers, you may take note that when the clock strike 12 midnight, along the road outside of the hotel. There's alot of homeless people sleeping, chilling and spending their night there. More to those who are uncomfortable with the environment do take note. But they wont disturb anyone who are walking along the streets. And some of the people packed and prepared some food and a bottle of drinking water donating to them every night. Its sad and touched feelings looking at it. But then again, its more safer not to walk alone if youre staying here. Its a convenient place. Overall my stay here 3.5/5

Good location and hotel.

Near to LRT and just a few minutes away from Puduraya and Masjid Jamek. You can find a number of eateries around the area too. The hotel is ok but try to get a deluxe room as superior tend to have a small toilet. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is also good with varieties of food.

BAD SERVICE

The hotel is good except for the poor service at the time of check out. The fellow who (like a manager fellow) who was in charge tried to charge for "early check-in". If I had been told that I will be charged at the time of check in I would have made a decision to either check in early or wait for the check in time. I was told that the room was ready and that I could check in early. I was not told of the early check in charges. I refused to pay and made sure that I did not pay. But this experience was not pleasant.

Plain ghastly

Staffs barging into your room when you are sleeping, they do not replace toiletries, you need to call multiple times to get to their reception and the way they manage their WiFi is plain horrible. I had to wait for half an hour to check because they somehow "another department" did not pass them the guest list.
