Great place to stay!

Great location for a family break! The pool was lovely and warm, accommodation exactly what we needed. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Biarritz is beautiful but also don’t miss St Jean de Luz and San Sebastián across the border into Spain

Brilliant location and 5min. walk to the beach.

We had a great week in Biarritz. 5min. walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. The apartment and building is weel looked after. Nice pool area and possibility to read/relax at the pool area as well. We had a brilliant afternoon in the spa/wellness area as well - included in the stay. We were 3 people in a 6 people apartment. I would recommend max. 4 in such a apartment, to make it good for everyone. I am Looking forward to going back there.

Odd reception hours

The staying and the rooms were great. But the reception hours not good= open mornings until 12 and afternoons after 5 pm. I arrived early afternoon after a train ride from Paris. The door was locked. I got a code to enter the hallway, but I did not know how to use it. Some other people staying there let me into the reception area.There was no info about a restroom. The reception opened exactly at 5pm .

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© rĂ©cemment dans cet appart’hĂŽtel et notre impression est plutĂŽt mitigĂ©e. Les appartements sont propres (encore heureux, car il faut faire le mĂ©nage soi-mĂȘme ou payer un supplĂ©ment). C’est un bon point que les chiens soient acceptĂ©s. Toutefois, le service ressemble plus Ă  celui d’un 3 Ă©toiles qu’à un 4 Ă©toiles, et le prix est relativement Ă©levĂ© pour les prestations limitĂ©es. De plus, on nous a un peu pressĂ©s de partir, malgrĂ© la basse saison. En rĂ©sumĂ©, c’est correct, mais certainement pas digne d’un vĂ©ritable service 4 Ă©toiles selon nous.

Fine lejligheder med fantastisk beliggenhed;)

Fin lille lejlighed med dejlig altan. Nem parkering, har flere parkeringspladser ved gaden, og ogsÄ parkeringskÊlder Virkelig fantastisk beliggenhed kort gÄafstand til havet, lille gade med bager, slagter kÞbmand osv lige om hjÞrnet.. Lidt overrasket over at man selv skulle klare slutrengÞring, men det kunne man heldigvis betale sig fra. Receptionisterne var hjÊlpsomme. Vores lejlighed havde seperat kÞjerum man kune dog ikke lukke indtil stuen, hvilket var lidt besvÊrligt.. virkelig dÄrlige hovedpuder.

Super séjour à Biarritz

L'appart hÎtel est trÚs bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Les chambres sont trÚs grandes. Nous avons été bien accueilli lors de notre arrivée et avons pu avoir la chambre en avance par rapport à l'horaire indiquée
