The friendliness of all the staff and the little attention to details to make the stay special for couples is excellent. Was pleasantly by the pre-stay emails giving travel advice to and also to ask for pics to create a welcome video. The villa is lovely!

Highly recommended!

We were welcomed at the airport and drove to the villa. Quick and good check in, great drink and very nice butler. Romatic and private villa, beautiful place. Good food and drinks. Service was AAA+++. Outstanding. Will definitily go back! Clean and fresh. Safe. Quiet. Good Spa. Good value.

Best Experience EVERRRR~

Stayed here for a night with my girlfriend and only regret was we only stayed for a day because this villa is almost everything you need. The thing that i am really impressed is the service from the staff and the management from this villa. Though there was a miscommunication with the villa but thankfully the manager was really understanding and generous enough to compensate us. Tips : Do not expect too much, in that way you will be even more surprise by every details that they put in.

We love the privacy!

We loved the privacy of the villa, as the seclusion from other Main buildings looking in. The staff and personal butler also made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved how modern the decor and facilities are; the cleanliness and no mosquitoes present! The spa treatment was also one of the best I've had (having been to bali several times)

Beautiful villa to stay in, the room and pool was really really nice! One piece of criticism I do have is that when leaving the room we were often asked by every single employee "Where are you going?" Hearing that once is endearing, twice is a coincidence, three then four times was a little much considering the walk to the street was only maybe 2 minutes long. Every day we were asked and sorry to say it did creep us out. Sorry if people were just trying to be friendly but when it is every employee asking where you are going, including asking the Grab/Private drivers where they are taking you, it was a little invasive.

My husband and I were truly blown away by the magnificent staff at Berry Amour. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, friendly and genuine and we will never forget how beautiful our stay was because of the people. We had the most amazing honeymoon and everything was always very clean, all services were prompt and the staff go the extra mile. We cannot thank this wonderful team enough for making our time extra special.
