Comfortable family stay

Comfortable one night 2 bedroom apartment stay with washer n dryer, full kitchen appliancss and garden. Location was good with close proximity to eateries and less than 10 mins drive to fountain gate shopping mall and about 1 hr drive to philip island. Good location for a midway stop

Nice Apartment to stay & enjoy

The apartment is very spacious and well maintained. I have very comfortable stay for two nights. It’s location is very accessible by driving to points of interests around Mt Dandenong. Nearby also have eateries & supermarkets within walking distance.

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed a comfortable stay, and Lifestyle at Ferntree met our expectations. One small disappointment was that we were not able to access the cable channels on the TV.

Clean and comfortable apartment

The apartment and the room is clean and looks new. When I checked in, there was no one at the reception area and I've to contact the staff and was told to wait for 20 min. I was traveling with elder who happened need to use the toilet urgently, however there is no common toilet along the corridor. The petrol station nearby do not have toilet either. As a tourist who is new to the area, I'm felt helpless as I can't locate any nearby toilet for my elder to use. In the end, I've to drive my elder further around to source for a nearby public toilet.

Clean and quiet. However dryer is faulty and cannot be auto shut off despite turning on the timer knob. Reception was busy making bbq for family just next door. He could have showed us where to go to our room as there is no indication where is the back entance to our room.

The apartment was comfortable and the service was very efficient. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Our stay would've been perfect if it were not for the noise. There must've been something not right about the building - we could hear people chatting outside our door. Many times during the night, while we were in bed, we could hear the footsteps of the guests in the room above us.

Very comfortable apartment

Our apartment was really comfortable, very clean and the whole complex was very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had plenty of room. It was great to be able to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well. The apartment had plenty of parking and us walking distance to supermarkets and fast food restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again if we are back that way again.

Very impressed with standard of the room perfect for us attending a family wedding...one suggestion only i mirror so if someone is in the bathroom an extra somewhere in the apartment would be good but its only a minor thing
