We are deeply disappointed with our experience since we got no help or any information about how to enter the place that we booked. We called many times and no one picked up. We ended up sleeping in our car because of your horrible service. We were looking forward to our stay and we received the absolute worst from you. We will never come back or recommend you to anyone.

Affordable rooms, bad soundproofing

It was a good stay. Rooms are spacious and does have all you need - coffee, a table, fridge, hangers etc. Sound proofing between rooms is terrible.

The room was very very small and the shower was so small you couldn't move or lift your elbows without touching the walls or the door. Also, cleaning is not included and it's an extra fee, unless you stay for longer than 8 nights and then you get 1 cleaning.

Fab trip away

It was a great room, that was really well situated. Close to plenty of food places and a few bars, and a 10min walk to a train station. I stayed on my own and it was plenty of room, it would have been cozy with 2 people. Great to have access to the building and room via pin rather than a key. I loved the shower, 2 different heads and really hot. There were nice finishing touches in the room.

Good location but looks nicer than it is

Good location, nice design and clean room with very comfortable beds. Walls are however paper thin so you hear the neighbors loud and clear. There is also no ventilation so it gets quite damp. Also it turned out that we needed to do a digital checkin before arriving which I couldn’t find any email about and had to call their help center to get the details.

What I loved about this hotel might only be for some. There is no reception, no room key, no noise, and no cleaning lady waking up in the morning. But the hotel is spotless, the design sleek, and the room amenities above average (best body lotion ever!). Whenever I'm in Berlin, this is it. I don't have to keep searching.

I liked the hotel but I didn't like that the cleaning staff came in without knocking and even though I was only in my underwear, they still tried to walk into the room to clean.

Great value

Very clean, awesome bed and pillows and great location. Only downside was that the pin for the door didn’t work- and it took them several hours to fix it. Only ways to contact them is through whatsapp, and the emergency line didn’t work

Unken lukt och lyhört i toppenläge

Läget på hotellet var perfekt. Lugnt och nära till massor med bra restauranger, shopping och andra upplevelser. På ytan ser det fräscht och nytt ut, men tyvärr så var det en unken doft i hela hotellet som var extra stark inne på mitt rum. Gick inte att vädra bort. Vansinnigt lyhört mot grannarna. TV-Apparaterna går inte att höja högt men det låter klart och tydligt från grannarna och även när de pratar. Hade en granne som bankade på min vägg för att min mobiltelefon spelade för högt. Slarvigt att man inte isolerat väggarna.

Solide, gut ausgestattet und sauber, zu teuer

Alles super! Ruhige und ausreichend ausgestattete Unterkunft im Rückgebäude.. daher leise. Email mit Zugangsdaten leider nicht bei mir angekommen und über die Telefonnummer auf der Homepage habe ich nie jemanden erreicht. Vor Ort gab es eine Handynummer am Eingang. dort ging sofort jemand ran. Soweit gut, allerdings wusste ich bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht, ob das mit dem Zimmer klappt oder nicht. Das war unnötig spannend! Leider sehr teuer!
