I did not even get to stay in the suite. My booking was cancelled without explanation. The location was very hard to find. I would like to speak to a real Expedia customer service person.

Stain in bedsheet and pillow

Everything was okay except that the beddings and pillow covers was a bit dirty seems not change from previous stay. There was stain in the bedsheet and pillow and the smell is awful. If they could double checked it before giving to new checked in would be great so it wont happen again.

需要在門口等待管理人員提供鑰匙，會需要一段時間並且要透過汽車運載才能將行李搬運至指定地點，相對來說有點不便利，但是窗戶外可以直接看到雙子星，地點相當好
