The staffs assisting us with the check in was super friendly, courteous and helpful. One of my most beautiful experience checking in. The chamber I stayed was almost brand new. Certainly well taken care of by the staff. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Edinburgh.

The location is smack right in the middle of royal mile. Walking distance from Waverley Station BUT it is up a lottt of stairs, so mind you if you are carrying luggages. The apartment is AMAZING. Super clean, modern, sparkling. Amenities are good. Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.. definitely a must stay place if I come back. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. The apt has a nice lobby and restaurant. We had very good breakfast there. One minor thing is perhaps the noise from the street. We were at level 2 and we can hear the noise from the people in the streets (it was a friday night). But nothing to worry or annoying. Amazing 10/10 place to stay

Nice apartment in the middle of Old Town

Apartment was nice and clean. Nice amenities and excellent location. Everything works, only small issues are the very small sink in the attached toilet and some noises in the early morning as apartment is close to walkways. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Got the 2-room capital apartment which has a big toilet and spacious interior. Very is good except you have to tackle lots of stairs. Stairs to the apartment and stairs inside the apartment. Location is very good. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

Nice apartment

receptionist was great! Very helpful and positive. check-in area is up a long flight of stairs. Security is based on a unique pin that is emailed to you (no keys). Convenient, although I do not know how safe this is. gym is excellent - towels, shower, water, barbells, chalk, belts ... has everything. Room was comfortable and clean but not perfect (faulty lamp, curtains had screws loose, kettle not clean) location is great.

Lush and convenient service apartments

Very central location, which means a lot of steps to access the property itself. 10 minutes stroll to Edinburgh Castle at the most, with a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable, lighting panels took a while in getting used to, but rather friendly.

Best location in Edinburgh!

Best location in Edinburgh! Without doubt! You’re literally sitting in the heart of the Royal Mile! The entrance is right across the street from Giles Cathedral, and the hotel is sitting on top of Mary King’s Close! Another nice feature, is that the road in front of the entrance is for drop-off and pedestrians only, which makes dropping off luggage via car / taxi a breeze! Parking is a few blocks away, not a bad walk at all to drop the car. The spacious apartment-style rooms are amazing as well! The service was wonderful and the receptionists were super helpful, really cannot complain! 10/10

Ruined my birthday weekend!

We are extremely disappointed with this hotel/company! :( My boyfriend had booked me a weekend away to Edinburgh for my birthday as I've always wanted to go. My birthday also falls on Burns night, so we were super excited to experience that too! However, due to the horrific storms in Edinburgh, our flights were cancelled Friday night and we were unable to get to Scotland (we looked into trains etc but all were cancelled too). We booked this apartment with Hotels.com who I called straight away and explained the situation, they then called the company who own this apartment who point blank said no. The Hotels.com agent then asked to speak to the manager, who also gave a hard no. I feel extremely let down that I was offered absolutely nothing in return from this hotel, considering my birthday plans were all ruined and our flights had all been cancelled. I totally understand that cancellation policies are in place for a reason, but a humanly gesture of good will would have gone a long way considering the circumstances
