The hotel is near to ximen station and near the shopping district. The room is clean however, we feel that it is abit small for us and that the soundproof is not so good as we could hear people talking etc.

It is more like a motel than a hotel. The carpets are not disinfected and the bed has strong cigarette smell. Level 9 is very very old and worn off while level 10 is better.

Great value stay

For the price we paid, its consider to be pretty worth its value as the location of the hotel is in the heart of xi men ding and walking distance to all the food stores and shops. Booked the triple bed room and it has a bath tub. Room size was ok. Tv works great and shower water pressure is strong. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear other room customers if they are very loud.

Hotel located 5mins walk from ximen mrt, stayed for 7 nights and room was cleaned daily and have all the facilities we need. There were mosquitoes during the first 3 nights of stay, informed the staff and they immediately assisted us , Hotel staff were friendly and approachable, would like to compliment staff William for the humour and swift checking in and out of hotel. would definitely come back again

The room is too small. No iron & no drawer in the room for us to keep our things. No wardrobe. Laundry service is only available in the other branch which is very inconvenient for us, as we are only free to do our washing either late at night or early in the morning.

Affordable and comfy hotel in XMD

Affordable hotel in the heart of XMD. Hotel staff are professional and helpful. Second time staying here and it was as good as the first. 2 years ago, we stayed on the 9th floor with the rooms that have washing machines. The nights are quiet and the stay was great. This time we stayed on the 10th floor in the more basic rooms. The walls are so thin, whenever a door closes or if people talk along the hallway you can hear them. Unluckily we had really noisy neighbours this time, at night we could hear them screaming and laughing at the top of their lungs. However the staff are amazingly helpful, just one phonecall to the reception and they immediately solved the problem. Overall I would still recommend this hotel! Room service is impeccable and staff are so helpful.

Decent Hotel with Room for improvement

Hotel needs to work on sound isolation. Everything that happens in the corridor and next door is highly audible but generally a clean and neat hotel nestled in a good location. Price can be more economical though for its quality.

clean and comfort room

The location is superp, family room for 4 is big with pantry and washing machine. Room is clean and bed is comfort. Good breakfast spread. Will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to all.
