Good experience and well located

A nice and relative close to Paris center with a Peripheral highway exit just near. Perfect for a several days visit. Good parking for a little extra and Gas station just near and a McDonalds at two blocks away and even commercial center at 12 minutes. Nice and helpful staff. I recommend definitely specially if you go with car.

The beds were super nice, the price was right. However apart from a shop inside a gas station, there is absolutely nothing around it. If you don't have a car, pass this place. The staff was very friendly and nice, someone was available 24x7

Moldy smell from bathroom

Good stay for one night by the airport. My biggest complaint was the very strong moldy smell that came from the bathroom. Unbearable.

The property is too far from the Paris downtown. If you are planning for few days do not stay here as transport is not feasible from so far. They do not even keep tea/coffee and charges $2 for each cup. The stay is not worth the money. And I was totally dissatisfied since I want to cut down my stay there but they were very rude in letting you know your options. Will never stay here when I come again.

Elevator out of order, had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Room needs a refresh, carpet stained, a piece of sheet rock is jammed in front of exposed pipes in kitchenette. Bathroom sink clogged. It was quiet at night, bed fine, blackout shutters made it dark.

Des bémols mais le séjour reste agréable

Un accueil toujours impeccable !!! Un grand merci pour la prise en compte de la demande concernant l'orientation de la chambre. Petit bémol sur le petit materiel d'accueil habituellement préparé dans la salle de bain (absent), le papier WC non renouvelé lors du nettoyage de la chambre et malheureusement le bruit qui cette fois est devenu très gênant par moment. Pour finir, des odeurs de cigarette très fortes dans le couloir (ça cetait le pire !). Ca reste un séjour agréable grâce au personnel. A noter que le tarif pour les animaux par nuit est très élevé. De même ça monte vite pour le parking...

Télé qui ne marche pas et bien évidemment ils sont au courant mais pas de réparation et pas de chambre dispo comme par hasard, de grosses taches d’éclaboussures noires contre le mur au niveau du lavabo dans la salle de bain on se demande comment on peut pas lors du ménage sans le voir…le chauffe serviette ne marche pas…le téléphone ne marche pas non plus donc pas possible d’appeler la réception faut descendre

Malgré mon attachement à cet hôtel depuis son ouverture, mon expérience désastreuse d'hier a complètement éclipsé les aspects positifs des années précédentes. Entre l'erreur d'attribution de ma chambre à un collègue, la confusion concernant le paiement annoncé comme régler à l'arrivée puis finalement facturé par leur soin sans m'en informer, l'impossibilité d'obtenir ma facture et les erreurs constatées sur celle reçue par email, ma déception est immense. Seule la qualité de la literie a été à la hauteur.

De passage.

De passage avant départ pour les vacances. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec l'aéroport . Bien accueillis. L'hôtel est tout de même vieillissant.
