Even though it was just a one-night stay, it was our most favourite stay along the great ocean road. It is a very modern and classy resort with facilities suitable for kids and family. The resort is very clean and the receptionists are friendly and cater to our needs. The resort is close to town area, with dining options. Would recommend anyone to stay if they are travelling along the great ocean road.

Worst experience.

The room is quite dirty and bed is sunken. The whole building went on power outage at 2.30am and we panicked because there was no electricity to boil water for my infant. And the room was freezing due to no power to start the heater. Reception is off for the day and cannot be reached. Bad experience!

Nice resort but luggage was tampered with

Beautiful resort..but son's luggage lock was tampered with after we came bck to the room and realised that he couldn't open it. He had to break open after exhausting all the trial and error methods. So it goes to show the integrity of staff who has the key, can enter the room and tampered with our luggages. Not so safe and secure after all.

Fairly new and clean. Good amenities (gym, pool, restaurant)walking distance to town. Room servicing left a bit to be desired. Bed made on one day of a three night stay. Fresh towels but not swept and tea and coffee not replenished.
