Fabulous spot, we stayed in the Sunrise homes which were spacious and really clean, the dome is fantastic, my kids love the water so were in heaven.

Very busy yet accommodating nonetheless (once you get past the queue :). Really safe and nice feeling for a family trip! We staid in the houses on site - that on its own an adventure :) Also, food and drinks need a separate mentioning - fantastic and we are picky eaters.

Our second time there and it was as good as we remembered. Very relaxing with the kids fully occupied all the time. Thought it very good value for money. The only small criticism is that the food at the buffet seemed to have more choice and variety the last time we were there.

Highly recommended

Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good!

mixed feelings

Tropical Islands offers an exciting experience, particularly recommended for families with children. However, be prepared for semi-stressed employees, subpar food, and a fair amount of inconsiderate parents along with a relatively large group of unruly children. We spent three days there and, overall, we were pleased with the experience, but we were also relieved to escape the hustle and bustle in the end.

I understand that the property is in an open area but during summer, it can get really hot inside the sunrise units that we stayed in. The climate control is only for heating, with it’s price point I would expect air conditioning to be part of its standard amenity. But other than that- the actual dome is nice, large pools, nice restaurants, friendly staff. It was a good place, not great but good

Amazonia house was dirty, the grass was not cut, and had ants in the kids room. There is was no internet connectivity which would not had been a problem if it was advertised as such. The DOME was nice and the kids enjoyed it but the price of food was exorbitant . . . 14 euros for premium cheesburger! There are not enough locations for towel rentals which is a problem if you are flying in from another location meaning you need to use you bath towel at the pool. Overall, the location is mediocre at best.

Godt men ikke handicap venlig. At hente nøglen fra badeland respirationen og skal stå i kø men alle andre, fælles kø med alle gæster også hvis du er handicap så må du stå i samme kø. Man skal sæt 1 til 2 timer for at hente nøglen. Men alt andet er som vi har forventet. Rent sted, samt med en god mad muligheder " vegetar og vegansk mad 🙂.

Gym war etwas schmutzig. Im tiny House fehlten mir die Geschirrtücher. Rezeption der Unterkünfte außerhalb des Dome war geschlossen. Wäre schön gewesen hierfür vorab eine Info zu bekommen wir mussten deswegen einige Male hin und her fahren. Ansonsten waren sie sehr zufrieden.
