Everything provided and property extremely clean, comfortable and cosy. So much to do and see for children at the dome and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a family holiday

Fabulous spot, we stayed in the Sunrise homes which were spacious and really clean, the dome is fantastic, my kids love the water so were in heaven.

Very busy yet accommodating nonetheless (once you get past the queue :). Really safe and nice feeling for a family trip! We staid in the houses on site - that on its own an adventure :) Also, food and drinks need a separate mentioning - fantastic and we are picky eaters.

Our second time there and it was as good as we remembered. Very relaxing with the kids fully occupied all the time. Thought it very good value for money. The only small criticism is that the food at the buffet seemed to have more choice and variety the last time we were there.

Highly recommended

Really enjoyed our mini break. Although many speak minimal English, Staff really helpful and will direct you to senior multilingual staff! Food was great. Dome obviously warm with tropical temperatures. External pool at the Amazonia was fun. I felt relaxed. Accommodation clean and homey! Bed and pillows should be updated to make it comfortable! Overall I will definitely go back. I will rate it very good!

mixed feelings

Tropical Islands offers an exciting experience, particularly recommended for families with children. However, be prepared for semi-stressed employees, subpar food, and a fair amount of inconsiderate parents along with a relatively large group of unruly children. We spent three days there and, overall, we were pleased with the experience, but we were also relieved to escape the hustle and bustle in the end.

I understand that the property is in an open area but during summer, it can get really hot inside the sunrise units that we stayed in. The climate control is only for heating, with it’s price point I would expect air conditioning to be part of its standard amenity. But other than that- the actual dome is nice, large pools, nice restaurants, friendly staff. It was a good place, not great but good

Amazonia house was dirty, the grass was not cut, and had ants in the kids room. There is was no internet connectivity which would not had been a problem if it was advertised as such. The DOME was nice and the kids enjoyed it but the price of food was exorbitant . . . 14 euros for premium cheesburger! There are not enough locations for towel rentals which is a problem if you are flying in from another location meaning you need to use you bath towel at the pool. Overall, the location is mediocre at best.

What I liked: I loved everything about the property! It had a great layout, spacious rooms, and a lovely outdoor area. What was unique: The unique feature for me was the overall vibe and design—it felt really modern yet cozy. What I didn’t like: The only downside was the grill; it didn’t seem as functional or appealing as the rest of the property.

Zwembaden waren ok geen wow factor want veelal zag het er ook vervallen uit, het overal van de gigantische gebouw was vooral gericht op commerciële verkoop van eten , drinken en activiteiten. Het was superduur allemaal!

Sehr schmutzig. Das Boden wurde wahrscheinlich vergessen zu reinigen, die Küchenschränke waren sehr dreckig besonders der Elektrogrill.Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren wirklich sehr sauber.

Der Check in ist zu voll und dauert. Man kann aber erst um 15 Uhr in die Ferienwohnung rein gehen. Im Tropical Island kann man aber schon schwimmen und die Zeit verbringen. Die Wohnung ist von der Größe her ok. Die Möbel sind abgenutzt. Lange Schlangen aber allgemein hat es Spaß gemacht

Der Service im Tropical Island hat starke nachgelassen. Wir waren das 6 mal dort und der Service wird jedesmal schlechter. Die Qualität des essen ist schlecht und teuer und das Personal nicht richtig ausgebildet.

Echt nicht Empfehlenswert!! Wir sind mit der Intention gekommen ein spaßigen Familienausflug zu genießen. Doch die vielen positiven Werbungen für diese Einrichtung sind mehr Schein als Sein. Schon zu Beginn hatten wir Probleme mit der Zimmervergabe. Sie können damit rechnen das so ziemlich alles mit viel warten und Geld ausgeben verbunden ist. Unsere Hütte konnte sich nur schwer finden lassen, was auch nicht schlimm wäre wenn man nachfragen kann, doch es fällt einen Schwer wenn die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig sind. Man wird mehr oder weniger einfach ins kalte Wasser geworfen. So haben wir wegen der mangelden Organisation schon ein Tag Badespaß verloren. Rutschentechnisch ist man gut ausgestattet aber um ehrlich zu sein hat uns diese Einrichtung nicht überzeugt. Wenn ihr einen stressfreien Urlaub wollt dann ist man vorallem für diesem Geld dort nicht gut aufgehoben.
