Had bad experience. 5 new designers handbags purchased from Paris was stolen from my locked luggage in hotel room. Hotel staff did not provide much help except to advise us to make a police report.

The service and location of the hotel stand out. We had a meal at the restaurent n front of the hotel and the food was excellent. The best meal we had for the the whole trip in Paris.

Good Location!

A 2-min walk to the nearest metro, 15-min stroll to Galeries Lafayette, a supermarket conveniently located next door, this hotel is ideally located in the heart of Paris city yet away from the crowd and noise. Good room size for a family of 4-5. Minutes away from yummy Asian eateries too!

Dated and noisy

Had to wait one hour at 23:00 to enter the room be cause the door was stuck. The building and rooms are dated with noisy old AC fans in the bedroom which dont allow for a comfortable sleep. Also chemical smell as you enter the room. Definitely not a 4 star

Exceptional and highly recommended

We've had lovely stay even just for 1 night. The hotel was fantastic, cozy and clean. The sraff were lovely and welcoming.The amenities of the apartment including kitchen were top notch. It's very convenient location, very close to Metro and it's only 10 min to Gare du Nord station. Will definitely stay again.

We really liked the size and layout of the room, but the water heater is small and with that it was hard to get three showers in. Some people may have issue with a few older or broken things, but we realize stuff gets worn out. Comfort is what is important. Also, on the listing it said there were a clothes washer available but there was only a laundromat around the corner, which we were not up for using.

Kitchenette with little fridge was very useful, a grocery store conveniently located right beside hotel, a metro stop steps away, a great pizzeria across the street. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. Expect some noise from the street if your room has windows facing the street.

Great hotel with awesome staff. The folks at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities you need. Overall, a great place to stay with lots of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants near by / walking distance. Also close to metro. Would definitely stay here again. Again, great staff!

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel bem localizado, poucos passos da estação do metro ( o que facilita muito visitar tudo em Paris), Supermercado Framprix fica quase ao lado . Acomodação muito boa, conta com quarto , sala e cozinha . Têm duas opções , fiquei na opção do quarto menor e já foi muito bom.

The only bright side were Madja and Niro. The other staff members I encountered were neither helpful nor accommodating. One staff did not or pretended not to speak English to avoid resolving an issue. Cleaning lady was good until the last day when she forgot her yellow gloves for cleaning the bathroom and was placed on top of my wife's hand carry bag. Disgusting.

Il check-in aperto 24/24 è sicuramente una nota positiva. La reception non molto invitante ma il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile. Arrivati all'appartamento, si notano diversi segni di poca cura: umidità eccessiva nella doccia, cucina con ante un po' rovinate, la moquette vicino all' area cucina ovviamente sporca. La pulizia è comunque ottima. Letti molto accoglienti. Posizione a due passi dalla metro ma quartiere che non offre molto nelle vicinanze se non ristorazione varia. Insomma, alti e bassi.

Conveniently located for tourist

I was visiting with two young children from America. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the convenient location. There was a mini supermarket next door and many good restaurants along the street. It was very close to two subway stops; if you follow the street, there is a mall. I also enjoyed having a living area because the kids and I were not always in each other's space.
