Great hotel with awesome staff. The folks at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities you need. Overall, a great place to stay with lots of grocery stores, shops, and restaurants near by / walking distance. Also close to metro. Would definitely stay here again. Again, great staff!

Dated and noisy

Had to wait one hour at 23:00 to enter the room be cause the door was stuck. The building and rooms are dated with noisy old AC fans in the bedroom which dont allow for a comfortable sleep. Also chemical smell as you enter the room. Definitely not a 4 star

Conveniently located for tourist

I was visiting with two young children from America. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the convenient location. There was a mini supermarket next door and many good restaurants along the street. It was very close to two subway stops; if you follow the street, there is a mall. I also enjoyed having a living area because the kids and I were not always in each other's space.

Hidden gem This hotel is located off touristy path and perfect to mingle with locals. Plenty of trendy restaurants and coffee shops around the area to explore! If you feel like cooking, plenty of grocery stores to fill up on supplies to cook something in hotel room mini kitchen. We did both! After full day of exploring Paris, it was nice to sink on soft comfy beds with nice pillows for good night sleep. Well run hotel.

This perfect location , with great front desk , made our stay so easy . The rooms fit 4 easily and didn’t feel small. Lots of great restaurants, easy transportation, safe area. Very recommended

We really liked the size and layout of the room, but the water heater is small and with that it was hard to get three showers in. Some people may have issue with a few older or broken things, but we realize stuff gets worn out. Comfort is what is important. Also, on the listing it said there were a clothes washer available but there was only a laundromat around the corner, which we were not up for using.

The hotel is close to subway (1 minute), safety area, the rooms are renovated, no noise, excellent to a family for 4 person. Two different rooms with two comfortable bedrooms and whole structure in case you decide to have breakfast at hotel. Supermarket, bakery and pubs in the same street (10 meter from hotel).
