Room looks modern and clean. Pillow is too soft to my liking. Noticed that i scatched a lot when i sat on the sofa. Not to sure if it is due to my dry skin reacting to the marerial or the sofa need to be clean properly.

Hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable, fitted with a small kitchen. TV had chromecast as well to stream shows. We used the washer/dryer twice - had to take laundry powder from the reception cause there was only 1 in the hotel! Staff was helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

Great apartments at a great location

I was honestly so pleased that I booked this apartment as it was perfect for my long stay since it had everything that is needed: light cooking facilities, washing machine dryer; dishwasher; a large bathroom, clean wooden floors. Despite being near the main train station. the area was safe, being near the Belvedere palace. When I arrived in the train station, google maps told me that it would take an hr to walk there. So I cabbed, and it was 5 mins away by cab. The actual distance to the train station by walking is approx 6-8 mins! So from the train station, take the Karl Popper exit. One small comment that I would like to make is that reception is not particularly helpful if you are a tourist. They just ask you to go to the main train station (infopoint) for information. There is no tourist information at all in the hotel, so I presume that they cater to business guests only.

Very good location and staff were always smiling and welcoming. With a young child it would have been helpful to have cleaning slightly more regularly or a brush provided for sweeping as crumbs quickly gathered around the table. One thing which is out of the hotel’s hands but we did notice is that very often coming in and out of the lobby there were people directly outside the door smoking which was not ideal. Overall very pleasant and easy staff, would recommend for short breaks to Vienna

Super hébergement au calme de la ville tout en étant à proximité par le biais des transports à 5 minutes à pieds. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le ménage est fait tout les 3 jours, un peu juste quand on jette pas mal de choses dans la poubelle qui est petite, et nous n’avons pas de balai pour nettoyer entre deux les cheveux et pelotte de poussière ou de vêtements qui s’accumulent sur 3jours. Sinon tout est top.

Fabulous Aparthotel close to the Vienna HBF. Bed was comfy. A dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, kettle and a washer dryer made all the difference, especially when travelling on a long trip around Europe

Great apartment hotel by the train station

The hotel is literally a block from the central train station. Trams and subway also run by the hotel. We were really grateful with the washer and dryer in the room as we were doing a longer European vacation and didn’t want to bring too many socks and under garments. Please note though the capacity for the washer is very limited and you will need to do multiple loads and bring enough detergent. The pool is small but good conditions.

This is my first time to book the hotel that I need to negotiate and request the hotel to clean up my room everyday at reception that not included to change the bed sheet and pillow cover as hotel insisted to change every 3 days. The housekeeping is very bad without replace the cups in the room. The advantage is the hotel is near the Vienna Central Station and there’re washing machine in the room but the location is far away from the city Center. Probably, I will not come back at this hotel next time.

Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it. The transit situation is awesome so to make life easier familiarize and use the system. This hotel is within a 5 minute walk of the main train terminal.
