Bons funcionários, necessitando de preparo

Estadia boa, hotel em reforma, funcionários com boa vontade, porém falta de orientação, ficamos no segundo andar, como nao tem elevador, imaginei que iriam ajudar a levar as malas, mas ninguém se ofereceu, nao culpo os funcionários, mas existe a necessidade de um preparo melhor dos mesmos, no geral o custo beneficio vale a pena, bem localizado com várias opções de comida, o café da manhã, apesar de ser em outro local, nao tivemos dificuldade e fomos bem atendido

O hotel é muito bom e tem uma ótima relação custo/neneficio, porém está passando por grandes reformas o que causa alguns transtornos e inconvenientes, como barulho, poeira, área de lazer e de café interditadas. O café é servido em outra pousada a duas quadras de distância. Vale a pena destacar a simpatia e presteza de todos os funcionários.

Excelente estadia.

Ótimo período em que estivemos hospedado no Bossa Jurerê. Embora o hotel esteja em obras, todas as demais partes compensam. Café da manhã incrível no restaurante Alameda, localização ótima, estando a apenas duas quadras da praia e excelente atendimento do Richard e do Gabriel, sempre super solícitos e muito gente boas. Recomendo o hotel.
