you couldn't take your own coffee to the beautiful deck over looking the ocean as the attached restaurant wouldn't let me....rather you buy there coffee. Small beach, when full they told you to walk 15 mins down the street to the Embassy Suites to a public beach...why not offer transportation? Plus all floors are open to the outside so hallways very noisy. Not impressed

Very nice and accommodating staff and renovated rooms. Stayed for a week in two different rooms. Two double bed room nice size. The studio very very small. Zero closet space in either room. Had long gowns for a wedding with no place to hang them. Needs a place to get snacks, sodas as there is nothing in the immediate vicinity and you have to valet park so in/out is not that easy (although valets were very quick and nice). Restaurant on property slow as molasses. Also, the beach was closed without warning for some sort of renovation mid week, which was huge disappointment and the pool area not big enough to accommodate all guest if you can’t also use beach.

This hotel is nice, however, cleaning is not a service provided unless you pay extra for it which is absolutely ridiculous. A cup of cranberry juice is $11. They charge for beach towels and chairs to sit on the beach. Basically all you get for the price you pay is the room which you will clean yourself unless you pay extra.

I was disappointed by the food at the YaMas Grill on premises. The fact that it was the only food allowed on the beach, breezeway or pool is a huge drawback and would definitely prevent me from returning. But, it also was overpriced and not very tasty.

Small boutique hotel with the amenities I was looking for, I was able to get great walks in and laid by the pool. I opted to work out elsewhere, but there was plenty for what I needed if I wanted to.

Be a little more up front that its valet parking only. Didnt know that till we arrived. $25 a day parking. Also they charge you for chairs for the private beach. Tough to bring chairs when you fly in. Other than those two things was a very nice place.

Parking is a big issue! They charge $25 a day and it’s a separate company. I was able to check in at 1:00 but valet only recognizes a 2:00 check in so $50 was my fee. I only stayed overnight so when I went to check out the next day, I decided to pay cash but the attendant decided to pocket my cash , told me he would text the receipt waiting on his manager,and charge my credit card. So I paid $100 went back to the hotel fighting for my $50 back. The parking is the reason I would never stay at this hotel again as check out is recognized only at 2 o’clock so if you decide to enjoy the beach for the day after 2 o’clock, you’re paying another $25. Completely ridiculous when you check into a hotel that should be when your time starts so if I would’ve enjoyed the beach, I was paying $75 for an overnight fee. Definitely not OK.
