Convenient location

The Quest Apartment is very convenient with a few minutes walk to the town central. There is a tram running just at the side which makes it even easier if anyone wants to take the tram. The room is very clean. It helps with free wifi. The only downsize is that the bed and pillows are too soft. During winter, the bathroom tiles are very cold which is really hard for stepping in.

Quest was comfortable and clean but not luxurious. It is situated in the city centre but owing to the Christmas season and post earthquake Christchurch, the area was almost like a ghost town.

Well equipped service apartment

Apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Recommended! Kinda sad that the city is still pretty much quiet from the earthquake a few years back.

next to tram station

No hotel staff after 8pm, parking in hotel $15, but around the corner there is a parking area just $5. Is just next to the tram terminal, walking distance about 8 min to bus terminal. The room were big n spacious, apartment with mini kitchenn washer. N dryer

the lift is under maintenance without notice

We have to carry our luggage from 5th floor to the 1st floor by stair. We called the front desk , they simply said ; too bad!!!. This is the first encounter after so many stay at oversea . Even at China , nothing happened like that ...

Comfortable, well-located

We got a one bedroom apartment for two nights and had a lovely stay in the spacious apartment. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was a tv with a wide selection of movies that can be watched for free and the washer/dryer was a big plus. The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

3泊しました。アパートメントタイプということで、トースター、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、プレート類、コップ類、カトラリーがセットされ、お部屋で朝食、夕食を何度かとりました。利用した部屋にはテーブルがなく、いすも1脚しかなかったのが、残念な点です。簡易の折り畳み式でもよいので、食事用のテーブルとイス2脚があれば、なおよかったと思います。洗濯機と乾燥機が本館に１機ずつあり、無料で利用できたのは助かりました。ただ、本館までの移動はちょっと面倒でしたので、各棟の各フロアに洗濯機があるとよいかと思いました。スタッフさんはとてもフレンドリーでよかったです！
