Beware that this is not a 'SERVICED' apartment

Pls take note that this is not a serviced apt. Next time I will be careful to go for one wth the 'serviced' word. For the price paid for regent, it is very expensive if it is not a serviced apt. You got to clean up the place, bring the rubbish down to basement, no service is provided, anything you want you got to pay additional for it. There are counter staff at lobby but they work very short hours so I don't even see them at all since I m out the whole day. About the apt, it takes ages to warm the place for winter. We were freezing for the night when we first arrived. Apt can be cleaner. Furnishing and decor is abit old looking. There are better services apt for the kind of $$$ to pay for regent. Definately not go for regent again next time

Quiet and very clean apartment.

A very nice holiday apartment, it has a kitchen, a laundry room which you can travel light cause you can wash yourself. Very good for a week stay like us, a family of 4. Only 100 m to the beach. Secured basement carpark. If you don't like the beach, the apartment comes with a in door warm pool, a outdoor swimming pool that comes with a slide. They even have facilities to rent you a bike!

Great apartment

Good clean apartment. Close to the beach. There is a grocery shop nearby to buy your daily necessities. About 15 mins walk to the shops at surfers paradise.

The Regent would have to be one of the nicest places I've stayed at. It was like stay in a mini house. All the facilities you could possibly need were in it!! Loved it, highly recommend staying there!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved staying in the 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The view was amazing. The apartment was really well furnished. Kitchen had everything you need. The heated indoor pool was sooo warm and inviting in winter. Everyone loved the saunas. The spa is a little bit dated but really hot 🔥 so very relaxing.
