Housekeeping is the only part which may need improvement. There are no vacuum machines / broom in the apartment and the floor is littered with hair and dirt after a few days and was left in that condition for 10 days

There was no WiFi for the first 3 days, which we did not know until we got there. The accessibility from car-park to the lobby was initially communicated that we needed to walk up the ramp from the car-park, only to realise later that there was another more practical way. We were not aware that we had buffet breakfast or light refreshments (refer to Q2). The carpet seems to be mouldy. Would have been better with just tiling floor. Perhaps, it would be better if the guests were given a personal tour of the facility upon checking in. Otherwise, it was good as it was conveniently located to key sightseeing areas & restaurants. The view from the terrace was awesome!

Nice apartment on Broadbeach

The external looks normal. But the interior was nicely furnished. We were surprised. Modern amenities with a balcony that provides seaview. You can hear the waves all day. Just one issue we had was the inconsistent water temperature when showering.

Overall it was a pleasant stay in the 2-bed renovated Ocean View apartment. However, be aware that there is just a single air-conditioning unit in the living room and none in the bedrooms as the listing seems to suggest. This was a negative surprise to us and made especially the room further away warmer to sleep in during our January stay (and required doors to be left open). The external unit for the a/c is also located on the balcony so be prepared for hot air blowing if sitting out there. There were other minor niggles less relevant to a review but generally the complex was well-maintained and we enjoyed the pool / spa areas, BBQ areas and tennis courts and the location was convenient for the beach, the shops and tram, and was relatively quiet for the Gold Coast.

Best place in Broadbeach. May be a bit older building but facilities are first class and the apartments are refurbished and massive due to actually being older! Positioning perfect, close to everything but far enough away for some peace and quiet!

Our apt no. 52 was spacious and beautifully comfortable. It was immaculately clean and very livable. Our friends apt was 32 and the furniture in the living room was not comfortable. They also had an incident where the maintenance man walked in while they were in the room. Reception was not apologetic or sympathetic. The pool area and grounds were beautifully maintained. Location was good and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The outside of the building looks dated but don’t let that fool you. Highly recommend this apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The apartment was a mixture of dated bathrooms which are totally fine to modern furniture in living areas. The apartment is fantastic for 2 adults and two kids, huge. Only fans in the bedrooms. Underground car park at no charge. Need to pack or buy washing powder, washing detergent and tablets as not supplied, flannels and swimming towels. Overall enjoyed the views and how quiet it was.

Home away from home. A great large apartment with everything you need for a stress free holiday. Walk to everything, 3 minute walk to be exact. Under cover carpark and the car stayed down there for the duration of our stay. Definately will book there again.
