Condition is as what you see on the photo gallery. Theres a nice cafe downstairs. Walking distance to beach and mcdonalds and other restaurants. Kitchenette has all the things you need for cooking. Very fast and helpful room service. Enjoyable stay.

Fantastic View, the lovely pool at 5th level. near to food & restaurant. The hotel located beside the Tram station is very convenient to travel to. I will book again if I go back to Surfer's paradise.

Check in was really slow and we were in a long queue that took an hour to get to the desk to check in. There were additional staff walking around and I am not sure why they weren't talking to the guests waiting to check in or have additional check in facilities. There was also no toilet paper in our apartment which I had to phone housekeeping to ask for. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay but unsure if we would stay again if we have to queue for an hour to check in.

The Marriott in Surfers Paradise is a brilliant resort. Clean, great amenities, close to the main areas, fantastic employees. Our family loved it and really appreciated the special feeling everybody provided during Christmas particularly.
