Pésimo servicio

No pude hacer uso de la reserva, ya q no pude hacer el check in, no me contestaron, no sabía como llegar, pedi a los dias por su pagina web la devolución y no me quieren reembolsar. Cuando llegué a la ciudad llamé al número, no existe, les envié mensaje a su página web, tampoco tuve respuesta.

A pousada é simples, porem ficamos satisfeitos com a limpeza e conforto do quarto. A pousada fica próximo a praia, e próximo ao Beto Carrero.

Pousada agradável

Pousada muito boa. Funcionários cordiais e prestativos, com otimas dicas sobre o parque. Café da manhã bom. Meu quarto dizia ter cama de casal e sofá cama, mas não havia o sofá cama. Na segunda noite providenciaram uma cama extra. Na minha chegada o cartão da porta nao estava funcionando. Depois de algumas tentativas, consegui um cartao extra que fazia a luz ligar. Fui embora e durante as 3 estadias tive que usar esse cartão, uma vez que o principal nao foi consertado e nem substituido.

Fiz um passeio de fim de semana e me hospedei nessa pousada. Foi muito agradável minha estadia. Funcionários simpáticos e bem atenciosos. Local limpo e organizado. A poucas quadras da praia, dá pra ir andando. Café da manhã e lanche da tarde saborosos. Recomendo!

Pousada muito boa para descanso

Pousada localizado em região tranquila de penha próximo a praia grande. Fomos muito bem atendido e o café da manhã estava muito bom. O que senti falta foi uma piscina.
