Mayfair home

Perfect location. Cleaning crews cleaned the rooms properly. Everything worked, super comfortable. Staff on the front desk went out of their way to help. It's now top of the list for a Mayfair location. In my view even better than "47".

Gem in the heart of London

Stayed at the property for 4 nights 2 weeks before Christmas. Lovely, spacious 2 room apartment with fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. Very clean and functional as a base to explore the city. Excellent location. Perfect for a family of 4. Love the heated bathroom floors!

Una estancia muy agradable

El departamento fue excelente, me dieron un upgrade al llegar, super amable la persona que me atendió, y todo el personal en general de 10. Tenía de todo, calefacción hasta en el piso eso se sentía muy bien, la ubicación es excelente llegas caminando a muchos puntos de interés turístico. El precio está bien por todo lo que ofrece. Cuando vuelva a londres sin duda me quedaré aquí.

Todo inmejorable. Ubicación extraordinaria, habitación muy cómoda, y nos habían dejado los enseres necesarios (cápsulas de café, jabón de lavaplatos, trapos de cocina nuevos…) para una estancia espectacular. Sí que proporcionan sábanas (en la descripción de la habitación decía que no). Al llegar, Leo (que fue quien nos atendió) no pudo ser más amable. Gracias por todo. Sin ninguna duda, repetiremos.

This is a perfect location - center of everything and backs up to Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace - could hear the changing of the guards drums in the morning out our window that close! The front desk was awesome and very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. Arlington House is a lovely hotel, very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Our apartment was extremely comfortable. We will stay at Arlington House on our next visit as well.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I always thought it was a good place to stay. Unfortunately this time I was very upset because my Gucci belt which was used by my daughter and was just placed on the vanity table got stolen when they cleaned our room , monday. We checked out Tuesday early morning and realized someone stole the gucci belt. It is very unfortunate that such establishment steals items that are not theirs. So sad. I don’t think I will trust staying at this place. Beware!
