Very old apartment with little ventilation and no air con vent. Only unprotected heaters and 2 standing fans in small, tiny, narrow rooms. Kitchen floor was oily, poor mattress/bed quality, easily moving bed frames, no view out of window, no security seen and overall an uncomfortable stay. I was supposedly given VIP Access on Expedia, but my family was placed in the main building, in a 1st floor tiny unit which looked nothing like advertised. The good thing about this apartment is location which is in CBD area and stores and food options are aplenty. Carpark is included for those who drives.

Old property and not clean when we checked in

Property is very dated and there is no air-conditioning unit. Asked the reception if there is air conditioning and they seemed surprised at first, then told us yes there is but actually there isn’t. The dining table was dirty with bits of food when we checked into the room… There were spiders on our beds as well..

Lovely Two Bedroom Townhouse

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhouse. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful. The gentlemen at the reception helped us to check on restaurants that were open on Christmas eve and recommended us to The Crab Shack which we went and enjoyed a delicious meal. Apparently a nimher of restaurants are closed on Christmas eve and Christmas Day. At check out on 25 Dec, a chinese gentlemen at the reception helped us booked a van as the typical size taxi and uber car wouldnt be able to take all our luggages. Totally appreciate them! The apartment is big and clean. When you enter, you see the living room and dining with a small kitchen. The bedrooms are upstairs and two toilets. Very near to shopping, restaurants, waterfront, i-site, cable car - 5-10mins. Overall a very pleasant stay

Great apartment, great location

Good sized 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. Great facilities and a great central location. Front desk staff very helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Okay for an inner apartment. But not sound proof

Clean. Heating just oil — so hard to regulate. Thin walls mean noisy guest are, well, noisy. And we had some. Doors slamming, voices, etc.

Friendly staff on front desk assisted my family (2 adults 2 ch) on our stay. Parking was at an extra cost, but well worth it, as it was secure and allowed us to walk to destinations such as Cable Car, Cuba street and Te Papa (to name a few). The apartment was well maintained with 2 rooms: one queen and 2 single beds. Ensuite and bathroom as well, which allowed for minimal fights! Sound proof windows enabled for the kids to sleep in the next morning, even when the backpacker hostel next door set their fire alarm off in the morning! Heavy door provided sound proofing as well, as we were located right beside the elevator and was expecting that to keep us up. However, we were pleasantly surprised! We will be back for a longer stay, as a handy hub for enjoying the Wellington city.
