No respetan las tarifas acordadas en la reserva

Estuve hospedado en el Hotel Don Saul durante los carnavales de Negros y Blancos de enero del 2016. La experiencia fue buena, pero toda la buena impresión se perdio cuando al hacer el check out, observo que el cobro es mucho superior al monto de la reserva. Acepte darles una oportunidad a que entienda el error que estaba cometiendo y les pido que realicen un analisis del caso y se me realice el reembolso del cobro errado. El precio base de la reserva se realizo por Hoteles.com por 193.390 y se me cobró 202.590 pesos más 41.615 de otros impuestos y cargos. El caso y la documentación que les presente de la reserva refleja claramente el monto comprometido en la reserva. El hotel decidio obviar y cobrar lo que ellos preferian. Soy usuario recurrente en Hoteles.com y se como es el uso e interpretación de las tarifas que este portal usa. A la fecha aun no recibo una confirmación del hotel del reembolso y tampoco veo las intenciones de corregir su error. Se excusas en que Hoteles.com cometio un error y pretenden que el huesped pague por el malentendido que ellos tienen con la pagina de reservas. Para mi es inaceptable que un hotel no respete las tarifas que el huesped se compromete a pagar al momento de hacer las reserva

La amabilidad hecha Hotel

La calidez humana y la atención de todos los empleados del Hotel fue inmejorable. Es quizás el hotel donde mejor me he sentido atendido. La habitación impecable, la ubicación para carnavales es excelente, cerca de todos los eventos y lejos del bullicio. Para mejorar solo los desayunos, muy ricos pero no variaron en los 5 dias que estuvimos, con la riqueza culinaria de Nariño se podrían reinventar el desayuno americano cada día, haciendo pequeños cambios que hagan sentir que es un desayuno diferente.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff

Hotel Don Saul is right in the center of Pasto. The location is great with the town square 1 block away and a supermarket 1 block beyond that. The photos are accurate and the undercover parking is very secure. The staff are wonderful at the hotel, they were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The room was comfortable, and very clean. I would definitely stay at Hotel Don Saul again.

El hotel para una noche esta bien la atención del personal buena,las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas aunque las habitaciones cómodas más no así los implementos como toalla están deshilachados se ve que no le invierten dinero
