ダブルベッド４つのうち、上段２つはシーツが掛けられていない。 自分の確認不足も有るが、お風呂ではなくシャワールームだったので、小さな子どもづれには厳しかった。 ホームシアターがあったが、Netflixなどの全てが見られなくて、結局、液晶テレビの地デジしかみれなかった。

とても綺麗でした！リセッシュや、コロコロ、洗濯洗剤、コーヒーなども置いてあり、充実してるなと思いました！！ 浴槽がついてると、言うことないです！

まず、チェックインから最悪。タブレット端末で宿泊者全員の入力を寒いロビーでさせる。これって事前にスマホでできなかったのでしょうか？時間の無駄でしかない。スタッフとの通話でも雑音だらけで、聞き取れないのに勝手に通話を切られる。駐車場はあり、空いてるのに、ないと言われる。私達は素直にお金を払ってコインパーキングに止めましたが、他の車はずーと止めてましたが？どういうことですか？納得いかない。 部屋に入れば、生乾きの臭い、風呂はカビだらけ、ホコリも凄い。自分で掃除しました。 プロジェクターと2段ベッドは子供が喜んでました。

とても良かった！ 受付がわからなくなっても電話で対応してもらえた。ただ、チェックインの時の画面がすぐログアウトしてやり直しが何回かあったからそこは改善して欲しい。
