This villa was great! Highly recommend. It’s real quiet at night and only 5mins from beach Rd. Friendly staff and the included breakfast every morning was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!

Staff are very accommodating and hospitable. I would give them 5 stars but I give 4 stars because the towels are old, look dirty white not white and there’s no swimming pool water heater. Food is delicious and they can deliver the food to your villa.

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold

Seriously amazing villa, one of the best i have stayed. Unfortunately the rest was poor. Villas are situated 300m plus from reception. When i left at 5am for airport, i walked outside, hoping to ask security for a lift to reception to check out. No security visible at villas, called and messaged through whats app to arrange a lift from the 24 hour reception and security. So i walked myself and the suitcases to reception to find every one sleeping. Service and options at breakfast were poor, ordered some poached eggs and left 20 minutes without the eggs and the notice of staff. Huge potentail here but fails miserably, strangely management have not replied to my concerns.

We stayed here for a week and it was close enough to main areas to walk to markets, restaurants and even the beach if you like a longer walk. Otherwise its only a short taxi ride. Its also in a good spot for exploring other parts of bali and we hired a driver to take us on day trips to Sanur, Ubud, Nusa Dua etc. We liked the family villa and it was very spacious, the staff were lovely and kind and helped in anyway they could. The breakfast was great and we loved the variety of foods to choose from. They cooked us fresh omletttes everyday which was lovely! the villa itself needs a little work done on the inside but still was lovely. The gardens are very nice too. we would definately stay here again.

We had such a wonderful experience at ASA Bali villa, friendly staff, great communication .Buffett breakfast was amazing. Very private and quiet, enjoyed our own private pool. Room service was excellent…our room was cleaned and sheets changed every day . Laundromat was just across the road. Thank you ASA Bali villa for such an amazing experience, will definitely book you guys again.

Customer service was amazing. The superior Villa was Amazing for my husband & I. And daily housekeeping aswell. Nice & Quiet too. Front desk staff amazing service to make our stay comfortable even offering for us to stay in the Resteraunt with Aircon due to waiting for our driver to pick us up to transport us back to the airport. Loved the mini bar they have in the Villa on arrival especially being hot in Bali. Shower & toilet is also modern n beautiful. With a window over looking the pool aswell.

The hotel facilities are quite outdated and could use some refurbishment. The swimming pool had an overpowering smell of chlorine, which made it less enjoyable to use. On the positive side, the overall pricing is reasonable and fits within a budget-friendly range. However, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, and it was uncomfortably hot at night. This definitely impacted the quality of sleep. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance the guest experience.
