Not so Beautiful Bali Villas

Stayed in Beautiful Bali Villas for 06 nights from 04th Jan till 09th Jan in the 2 bedroom Villa. Let me start with the staffs- If there are 10 stars available, I will definitely give to the staffs at Beautiful Bali Villas. Front desk like Okta, Lina, Githa, Maintenence/Technician team and other staffs.They are freindly, helpful and professional. But the things that im very dissapointed is the unit itself- Upon check in to my 2 bedroom villa, the private pool was full of dried leaves as there are trees from the side that grew across the swimming pool. Whenever we need to swim, we must clear the dried leaves in the pool before enjoying the pool. Dried leaves can also be seen scattered outside the pool. Lots of insects can be found in the dining area, living room and even bedrooms. There are also stain on the new bedsheet, The wooden cupboard need to be replace as there are sign that it is already worn out. I noticed that BBV were awarded with 5 Star Luxury Villas back in 2015 but now is 2023 and i believe it is time to refurbish the units and get that title again. I will definitely stayed there again if the management are going to do the necessary refurbish for their guests. Location wise is Good...From the Villa, about 5 to 10mins walk to the junction of Legian where all the shopping begins. Turn left to the direction of Kuta and right to the direction of Seminyak. The whole stretch of Legian is filled with shops for you to do the shopping.

Fantastic stay

It was a great vacation for us. Pleasant staff and was very helpful. The bed was sooo comfortable and i like that they give you a soft and softer pillow. I appreciate the detail. They can improve by offering more selections for breakfast and not too much chlorine in the pool.

Bali Holiday

Simply great for a quick getaway. Nice environment with friendly staff. Very accommodating staff who only want the best for your stay. Breakfast was made fresh. Just a few minutes walk to a stretch of shopping places. Great food with reasonable prices. Worth the trip. Enjoyed my stay while bonding with family. Outdoor pool was great and kids loved it. Will definitely be back there again.

Nice cosy room but the living room is hot

We stayed at three bedroom villa for two nites. The room is clean, but the floor at living room is dirty, we need to wear shoes. The pool is great, we can swim anytime we want. The bathroom is a bit old. Breakfast not much choices. Hotel staff shd cover the fruits when store into fridge, they leave it open after cut. It great that drinkibg water was provided else we need to boil the tap water which has funny salted taste. This villa is located very far from town, our driver nor really know how to go. Overall, we hv a pleasant stay.

Private and cosy but not a fantastic location

The staff are friendly and nice. However the hotel is villa is rather far away from the main happening places of bali. Walkable distance to The beach, but apart from that it is quite far from the main districts by walking. Cabbing will take out 20mins. The pool is nice and the place is quiet.
