What was unique about this property is the lack of amenities. No refrigerator, no microwave, no closet. All the furniture was beat up and obviously from thrift stores. Cheap beds and uncomfortable sheets/blankets/pillowcases, towels. And the noise... the loudest floors and thinest walls of any hotel I've stayed. Spent over an hour with their "support" to arrange an early check in and, of course, the room was not ready, but it was ready an hour and a half later. I'll never stay at a Sonder property again.

I wish i could review this property.....but we turned up at 10.30pm after an 8 hour drive only to find that Sonder did not have a room for us!!! Even though i had a booking with Expedia, showed them my app with the booking still active in my Trips.... but they had cancelled my roon from their end claiming i had cancelled it.... even though i could prove i had not. They didn't care and were fully booked..... leaving me and my family of 4 (inc 2 young children who were ready for bed) to scramble and try and find somewhere else to stay at 11pm at night! 😡😡😡😡 It was absolutely terrible!

Cute room but cold room

Housekeeping left window open unbeknownst to me. This was at a time of the fires when air quality was bad, why let that into a hotel room?! Also could not get warm in the room.

The hotel was perfect for our stay - Very centralized - Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and eager to help. The room is indeed small but has all amenities perfect for a 2 nights stay - beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very functional - Overlay pleasant stay - The interior court is lovely but due to the inclement weather we were not able to enjoy it nor the rooftop.

I would 100 percent stay here again. The staff was so friendly and helpful and there was a lot to do in the area. Good walking distance from nightlife, but also very inexpensive Ubers as well.

Great location is all this hotel offers.

This hotel is situated in a great location however it is old and small and smells of mold, mildew, must - you get it. Our heater didn’t work which was inconvenient on a cold night with the windows open due to the smell. Note that the smell was strong enough to seep into our bags and clothing. The hair dryer didn’t work and the bathroom was old and small.
