Great staff and great hotel

Great check in, good reception front desk agent told us where to eat and gave us complimentary drink coupons for the evening meal. Comfortable room with a terrace off the bathroom. Location was great. On checking out the night reception staff was so friendly and helpful looking out for our early morning transport to the airport.

There an airport pickup/ dropoff right beside the hotel. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the neighbourhood. Supermarket just opposite the hotel.

Nice simple hotel

Nice simple hotel with clean and comfortable hotel rooms. Would be nice if they had a kettle for coffee in the morning and a garage for our cars like the other hotels do. The former wasn't that much of an issue as we snuck downstairs to the hostel areas and used the kitchen (which was well spent stocked and clean)

Good location, nice place!

Great location, at one end of the main shopping street, next door to a major bus stop, and 15 mins walk from the old centre. We booked an economy room but got upgraded to a hotel room, which was much appreciated. Really nice room. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Food okay, not great. But that seems to be Iceland in general. They don't seem to have got the hang of European food. Invariably under seasoned. Beer good value during happy hour. Nice bar. Would stay here again without doubt. Recommended!

Nice atmosphere and good location

Nice hostel with spacious private (hotel) rooms at the top floor. I had stayed at the hostel before but tried the hotel rooms for the first time. The room was comfortable and clean and with excellent views over the city and the sea. Very good and friendly service from all the staff.

Centralt liggende hotel. Super god service, men et hotel der trænger til renovering og nye senge🙄 Når det er sagt, så overskygges det af den hyggelige atmosfære. Vi kunne sagtens finde på at besøge hotellet uge .
