Hotel agradável, no centro e próximo ao comércio

O Hotel conta com uma excelente localização, bom café da manhã, excelente equipe de recepção, de limpeza e de copa. Apenas alguns móveis são antigos, no quarto. Não gostei muito do banheiro, pois ao tomar banho, a água escorria pelo box e deixava o banheiro sujo. O centro comercial é bem próximo ao hotel, vai caminhando. Muito bom para realizar compras.

no café da manhã a manteiga estava morfada, mostramos a chefe do setor, a mesma pediu desculpas. o hotel não tem ninguém para pegar as malas, e segundo a recepcionista o patrão falou que não precisava.

Hotel precisa de manutenção urgente , instalações antigas , quartos barulhentos , serviço de quarto passa as 16:00 horas, banheiros sem manutenção , o café da manha é muito bom .

Quarto com muito barulho interno, praticamente só se consegue descansar já tarde da noite, quando cessa o trânsito de veículos na rua. Falta TOTAL isolamento acústico. Pedi cama de casal e estava 2 de solteiro e a equipe do hotel disse simplesmente que não podia fazer nada!!
