2人の子連れで10日間滞在

①アクセス 市街地に車で5分程度で行け、有名な与那覇前浜ビーチに20分程度と、どのエリアに行くにもアクセスが良かったです。 ②スタッフのコミュニケーション 明るく、親切。ドリンクをもらいに行く時も丁寧に案内してくれた。朝食の案内も、ホテル側に都合の悪いこともきちんと案内してくれて信用できた。 ③掃除 部屋の細かいけど目立つ部分の掃除がきちんとされておらず、不快だった。掃除が行き届いていない部分を見てしまったため、他の部分も掃除されてないのではと疑心暗鬼になってしまった。 ④気になった点 受付の目の前の植木部分が死角となり、見通しが悪い。車を停めるため必ず通る道なので、もっと見通しが良い方が良い。受付の目の前なので歩行者が通ることも多く、危ない。 カフェのオープン時間を受付の外に書いておいてほしい。

雰囲気が最高に良かった。 空港も近くで繁華街にも車で5分ぐらいの場所にあります。 清潔度も部屋の広さも最高でした。 何より洗濯機があるのが最高でした。 シャワーの水圧も強すぎるぐらいありました。 次回も宮古島に行くなら絶対利用します。

キッチンや冷蔵庫、調理道具は一通り揃っていて、受付で聞くと、どんぶりやサランラップ、炊飯器も無料で貸してくれました。 ゴミ袋等もシンク下に揃えてくれているので、自分のタイミングでゴミを出せるし、細かいサービスがとっても充実していました。 洗濯機もあるし、洗剤も受付横に無料置いてあるので、自分のタイミングで洗濯できました。 そしてなんと言っても浴室乾燥！ これがなかったら絶対洋服乾いてなかっただろうなー。湿気がすごいですもの。 ただ２つ難点がありました。 エアコンの匂いが結構臭く、除湿を付けっぱなしで寝ると喉が痛くなりました。 もう一つは、受付横のキッズスペースが結構汚くて、２週間の滞在中ホコリや髪の毛等が清掃されずにずーっとあったので、毎日清掃して頂けると、子供を安心して遊ばせてあげられます。 それを抜けば最高の滞在が出来ました。

部屋も広くて、とても綺麗。 住宅街の中に在るので景色は望めないですが徒歩圏内にコンビニ、ドラッグストア、ディスカウントショップも有り大変便利。 長期滞在にはおすすめのホテルです。 スタッフも親切で最高でした。

10泊し、途中で1度清掃が入ったがチェックイン時も2度目も清掃はとても雑だった。 足が悪いため希望していた1階の部屋を用意されていて安心したが一緒に旅行に来ていた別部屋の友人は希望が通らず2階に。 半年前からの予約、しかも長期滞在なら希望通りにしてくれても良いのでは？ 立地は不便なのでレンタカーは必須。 不満な点はあるが建物は可愛くてドリンクの無料サービスやアメニティサービス、広く自由に停められる駐車場など良い点もたくさんあり個人的にはとても気に入っている。 次回も利用すると思うからこそ改善できると ころはしてもらえたら嬉しい。
