Comfortable, nice hotel

Newly renovated, very comfortable nice hotel. They have a rarity in Playa del Ingles: a warmed-up swimming pool. Furthermore, I liked the fake grass on the balcony and around the pool area.

It was amazing , it was very large we booked for 2 and they gave us for 4 very nice . We are clean and we maintain but they are doing cleaning only once in 3 days we stay 4 and they haven’t clean , when approached to reception asked why !? They said it was cleaned cos your room is crossed in the journal don’t you see?😂😂 in general nice hotel

The receptionist have zero customer services skills she’s just whining all day behind the reception and unprofessional. I did ask a late check out prior to my stay (1 month before) but I’ve been told to ask the D day which I did and been told to leave in the next 2 hours she even come to knock at my door !!!! What the hell ! It doesn’t give you time to find something else if you got late flight ! Otherwise the cleaners are amazing always polite and friendly

Stay clear of this hotel

The staff are absolutely terrible, so rude, no smile when walking past, no hello, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, there is a bar/resteraunt connected to the hotel and the man that worked there l, think he is owner abused me a few times and spoke very bad to my friend, I have never in my life witnessed such behaviour

Rommet vårt var for nær resepsjonen og støy fra nattevakter vekket oss. Rommene var renoverte og bra, men de burde også byttet døra til gangen. Det var lysåpning rundt hele, og veldig lytt. Ellers var hotellet bra.

Ihan siisti ja kiva paikka. Pientä kielimuuria oli Respan kanssa. Remonttimiehet tuli ilman ilmoitusta yksi ivä ja jätti kamalan sotkun se ei ollut kiva. Toinen työmihistä ei väistänyt kun kuljin makuuhuoneeseen. Siivoja oli hiukan töykeä, kun emme olleet aamulla tajunneet laittaa kylttiä oveen että ei saa tulla niin tuli sisälle ja kysyin voiko hän 5 minuutin päästä tulla kun olimme lähdössä rannalle niin hän vastasi, ettei se ole mahdollista. Sit kuitenkin häipyi ovelta ja aulassa kysyi voiko nyt mennä. Myös suurena yllätyksenä tuli että majoituspaikka ottaa vakuutena 150e. Majoitus paikassa oli 3 allasta kaikki jää kylmiä. Kuntosali oli kiva yllätys, oli hieno. Ranta oli ihan vieressä, se oli kiva juttu, koska viihdyimme siellä päivittäin🙌 8 puol

2 Pools zur Auswahl. Wasser in den Pools etwas kalt. Viele Liegen um die Pools. Großer Balkon. Kücheneinrichtung hätte etwas besser sein können. Großer Flat TV - jedoch schlechter Empfang (ruckelig). Uferpromenade sehr nahe. Zu Fuß alles gut erreichbar. Tipp: Beste Cocktails gab es beim Annexo II, EUR 6,50 für ein großes Glas.
