The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. We had a penthouse suite that offered a good view of the area. The suite was spacious and clean. The property provided a welcome basket with food and oranges. They also provided bottled water and juice each day which was a nice touch. The property is in walking distance to the historic area and most of the main sites. There are restaurants, shopping and other amenities within 2 minutes of the location. Some suggestions for improvement are: provide some shelving in the bathroom, body lotion, provide face cloths, tissue and at least one role of paper towels or a small amount of napkins. Also, the pillows provided were not comfortable at all. They definitely could use an upgrade. Overall, a good stay.

The room was excellent and the property is in excellent condition. The location is also fantastic in the heart of the city and minutes walk from all the major attractions. The only issue we had was the laundry. We were told there is laundry onsite. They have one wahser and one dryer for the whole complex. We came back one evening and they gave us a laundry pod for the washer at checkin desk at 8pm. We went to the laundry and it was locked. When we asked them about it they said ots only allowed from 4 to 8 pm. It was 8:04 pm and he literally just gave us the laundry soap for the machine. There is no signage of the laundry showing timings and they dont tell you this at checkin either. When we requested if he could allow us to use it as we were told minutes ago the laundry is on the 1st floor and given laundry soap pod he rudely said no its closed hotel rules are hotel rules you cannot use it. Would have been nice if they told us that at checkin. We asked when we checked in if they had laundry facilities they said yes we do and we will even give you the laundry detergent. That was a bit of an issue so be aware of that. Other than that its a wonderful room in an excellent location in the heart of the city.

Incrível, foi tudo perfeito! A recepção é muito acolhedora, a Ana nos recebeu muito bem e nos permitiu check-in antecipado, pois estávamos muito cansados da viagem. O quarto é muito grande, funcional, com todos os detalhes para sentir em casa. A localização é nota 10, perto de restaurantes, bares e pontos turísticos. Voltaria!

Il check-in è stato eccellente, Belen è stata molto professionale e accogliente. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica tra le attrazioni più importanti della città e la vita notturna. Le strutture dell'hotel erano moderne e pulite. L'hotel era molto tranquillo e la reception era aperta 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Mi sono divertito molto e consiglio vivamente questo hotel per le vostre vacanze.

Although there was no one to check in, the attendant kept us waiting for at least half an hour, staring blankly at the screen. We asked for an extra pillow since we were a baby. It was stated that the hotel did not have an extra pillow. They stated that they had an agreement for parking and that they would send the information by e-mail in a few minutes, at the end of the day! we said we had not received an e-mail, and they said they had lost the receipt and did not even apologize for it, even though we had paid a large fee for parking. The receptionist Ana and her team are disrespectful people who act like complete unperceived. Apart from the location, there is nothing I can recommend about this hotel.

Aquitania Suites is a lovely hotel with a very kind and accommodating staff. It is in the ideal location to walk around the main sights of Sevilla (Cathedral, Alcazar…). Lots of good restaurants and cute shops nearby. Suites are spacious, comfortable and modern.
